Parker and Moises were great! They really seemed to know their stuff, and they were great with communicating the what and why of their job/treatment.
Big thanks to Jacob S. from Insight! He came out today for a pest treatment and was super fast. He did a killer job making sure the whole house was covered. If you need someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't waste your time, ask for Jacob!
Soreness great very thorough
Aidan was great, very thorough and diligent. He made sure we treat every spot in the house. Be listened all our questions patiently and provided clear answers with what to look for after the treatment. Thank you! Ps. It would have been great if he didnt leave the attic hatch open when coming down. Our cat escaped to the attic, we couldn't get her down for an hour and God knows for how long that hatch was open, I hope there is no rodent inside home now...

Aiden checked and treated all problem areas with pet safe spray. After noting rodent activity, bait stations were deployed as well.

The exterminators are nice but the service is ineffective and expensive. We signed up for what I believed was a quarterly subscription, apparently the fine print says that it is a 1 year contract and when I tried to cancel, because the service is useless, they said it's going to be over $500 to cancel. We have continued to have ants for the last 4 months since we started this service and they advertise that you can get visits as needed in between the quarterly visits, but when I need them to come back (which I have, often) it takes them over a week to get there and by then I've already dealt with that set of ants myself.

I asked for rat protection only and he sprayed for insects. I raise praying mantises. Now I have to keep my mantises indoors for the next m so the poison doesn’t kill them. Was I charges for the insect spray?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never put a negative review for a company, and today I canceled my business with Insight. While I have been a loyal customer for multiple years, I am too upset with their customer service to continue business with them. Last spring, a sales rep offered mosquito treatment for a discounted rate for the first visit and I figured it was worth a try. The service did not work, and I got too busy to call to cancel. This week, I got notice the treatments were going to start up again, so I called to cancel this additional service. The cancellation rep informed me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee as I was in a 1-year contract for the mosquito service. The rep sent me a copy of the call, and despite the sales rep failing to tell me about a cancellation fee or that I was entering into a one year contract in the nearly 7min call, they wouldn’t budge. The rep stated that because the sales person told me that if I cancelled immediately after the first service (I wasn’t sure if it would actually work) that I would be asked to pay full price for the first treatment that I was informed. Mind you, I pay for the service June through Oct last year, one that did not work. And had to pay $54 to cancel.

Will never use this company again, one of the drivers was pointing at me and cursing at me and then waived me off the road like he wanted to fight. Not ok ever while in a company vehicle and especially when I have my child in my car. Do better. Truck number 18

Not happy! They were supposed to come back at 2 weeks. They never called to reschedule. When they finally did it had been a month. I still have ants EVERYWHERE!

Not the best services. Jonathan is a nice guy, but he had to come out twice to retreat since his chemical dust didn't work the first time. On his follow-up visit, he used a spray and that seemed to work. It's been 2 months since then, and the wasps have re-appeared. Very disappointed.

It is not uncommon for us to schedule an additional visit to follow-up on the activity and re-treat if necessary. Regarding the new wasp activity you are currently dealing with two months later, it is important to note that this is completely normal. Our products are designed to be safe for you and your family, and they break down over time, which is why we come out quarterly to re-apply them. Unfortunately, there is no product available that can completely eliminate the possibility of wasps returning to your home, but our treatment plan includes re-services and follow-up appointments at no additional cost in between your quarterly visits, so we are more than happy to come back and take care of them for you! Usually I would call you to help facilitate scheduling but I was unable to locate your account with the name provided here on Google, so when you have a moment, please call our office at 253-214-7162 to get scheduled for the next available appointment. I'd give zero if I could. Over a year, over $1k and we still the bugs and pests EVERY DAY. They do minimal service and overcharge for it. Then "send" techs to "fix" the work they didn't do the first time, and it still doesn't get done. Worst pest control company I've dealt with. They'll take your money and leave the bugs. Find someone else.

Horrible customer service Noah the supervisor didn’t even want to handle the “clerical issue“ of not coming back to my house to finish a job two part job!! Please go with a different company!! The technician was nice!! But the customer service is a complete joke, I got hung up Twice, and was treated completely unfair!!
