Absolutely great service! My family had an in-ground wasp nest, and we contacted Modern Pest Control. They responded quickly and took care of the issue. Brenden explained the service that was provided and advised us on when the area would be safe. We are blessed to have their routine pest control service and truly appreciate their great customer care. We definitely recommend their services to any household! I have been a customer of Modern Pest Control's for about 6 years and have been consistently pleased with their service. I really appreciate that as a woman homeowner they never talk down to me, ask to see the husband or act in an condescending way, iykyk! A friend of mine recommended them and turns out she went to high school with the owner! It's great knowing that this company is so locally owned that we know the same people. Something else that stands out about them is that they don't go door to door trying to sell contracts to the whole neighborhood, we can stop and start service any time without penalties. August has typically been my technician and he always does great- I was worried about a critter in the crawlspace and August came out suited up, took a look around and explained everything he saw and that there was nothing to worry about. Most recently I had a wasp nest emergency and Sean, the owner, came out and identified it as a bald faced hornet nest!! He kindly took care of it and answered all my questions, which was a huge relief. These guys are great!

I realized I had an ant problem today in my house. I called and asked if there was anyway they could come out today. They did come out today. Brandon was our service provider and he could not be more pleasant and very efficient at figuring out where the problem was starting and getting everything treated. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. It was a great experience. I recommend these guys to everyone!

Careful and helpful

The owner of this company is terribly unresponsive. He won't answer any text messages with questions or concerns about treatments even when asked several times to please answer. They provide underwhelming pest control treatment and combine that with the non-existent customer service and you have a company you should steer clear of.

Sean showed up and helped us out big time. He is the owner of the company and we were running low on funds but had two wasp nests that were huge and really needed help. He gave us a discounted price and was just so insightful on the benefits of getting rid of them. We thought they were pollinators. They were not. He handled it so well right on the spot. Didn't even know about the second one that was in ground. Came prepared and ready to roll. We appreciated it so much!!! Thank you guys for working with the people and being such a blessing. No sales pitch, no upselling, no runaround, and definitely no BS—just honest, straightforward service with a "let's get it done" attitude. Best of all, he had Brenden out to our house the very same day. Brenden was absolutely top-notch. He was professional from start to finish, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed. He has one of those personalities that instantly makes you feel comfortable. And then there were our six dogs... 🐾 I think they may have wanted to go home with him! He treated every one of them like they were his own, giving them attention and affection while still staying focused on the job. Very friendly service and guarantee for 45 days

We found a wasp nest in our yard today and called to find out about services. They are so knowledgeable and explained what they can do and the costs. The price was good and includes a warranty in case they come back. Brenden was the tech for the service call and showed up within an hour of my call. He knew what he was doing and provided great service too! I will use them again if needed.

Had a very large yellow jacket nest. Showed up same day, very nice, did an awesome job!

for 5 years now I have used Modern pest control on all my properties and the only ones disappointed are the ants. Modern Pest control should use the slogan Pest Be Gone!

Brenden was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient. I have big concerns about chemicals used on the ranch, he answered all my concerns. We got sprayed for ants and fleas. I really appreciate him and it was nice chatting with him. I signed up for the every 2 months plan. What a great deal!

It is absolutely wonderful to be optimistic about the ants being extinguished. Made the appointment yesterday when I called Sean, the owner. Very patient and kind to a frantic customer (yes, me). Brenden arrived on time and was such a personable young man. When I asked how much time he has, he replied, "I've got all the time you need." Wow! Answered all my questions.
