I was very pleased with US Pest Control's service when I scheduled service. When I scheduled an appointment, they came right on time, scoped out the areas to be treated and gave me information during the service so I wouldn't be left wondering what was going on. Skylar did out termite inspection today. He was thorough and answered my questions, which is always appreciated. We have used US Pest Control for years and every technician has been respectful and knowledgeable.

We purchased our home in the White Oak area of Eastern Henrico County in June 2025. Our seller’s agent chose a different company to conduct the Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection, and they reported “no termites”—which I found odd, considering Virginia is well-known as a gateway for termites and our property is near the White Oak Swamp. Within a month of moving in, I discovered termites with wings in our bathroom. I contacted US Pest, recommended by a family member, and Daniel Hickam responded promptly. Daniel took detailed photos, explained the situation thoroughly, and helped us confirm our termite service right away. He also installed vapor strips to help with spiders, ants, and other bugs. Daniel is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and treats your home as if it were his own. I’ve already recommended Daniel and US Pest to a neighbor. If you want a pest control technician who truly understands insects and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend US Pest and Daniel Hickam.

I chose US Pest because of the many positive reviews. Daniel was a wealth of information, and fully explained what the plan of attack would be, outlind the timeline for followup, and everything was finished in a few minutes after that. This whole thing came at a very compressed time when I suddenly had a lot of stuff going on, so I really appreciate the speed and efficiency of this visit. This is an initial visit which will turn into contracted service. The property is 80 years old, so pests, bugs and vermin can take advantage of deteriorated areas to access the home, so it makes sense to treat the home before it becomes a huge problem.

I still have wasp and fruit flies. There’s not as many but it made me check the last time that came out to my house. They came to my house back in June. I pay monthly for these services. I’m hoping this is not taking advantage of the elderly. Smdh

There were signs of mice activity around the house. U. S. Pest Control sent Daniel out to put down a few bait stations outside two weeks ago. Today a follow up visit was done to check The station for activity. Daniel noticed two of the stations showed signs of mice activity. So they will leave them down for now and follow back up again in two weeks to see if anything changes. Great work ! at least we are getting somewhere to solve this issue.

Mr.johnson was very helpful with his experience with helping us with his work he sprayed around the house and put traps in my crawl space and put sealant foam in my cracks in my flooring he listened to what I wanted done and was very efficient and accurate in his job I rate him top customer service thank you

The inspector did a good job checking the mulch bed and around the home's exterior. However, I was expecting him to actually go into the crawlspace. He checked the space from outside using his flashlight however I would think that in order to do a thorough job, he would go under the house.

They did not do a good job, they don't give you a guaurentee their work. They insist that you sign a contract! I had a ant probem. The tech that sprayed said He got them all. He said he sprayed a high dose. Since then he was let go and the office refuses to respray my home. Ants are back worse than ever. I paid $87.00 for their sevice and now they want me to sign contract for &50.00 per month (each month!) The last time I had sprayed from a company that lasted over2 years. I wish he had not retired. I am disabled and and can not afford to play games. Watch it they are liars and cheats!
