Landon was an absolute pro. I pointed out some ants I noticed in the garage. He traced their source all the way to a tree in my front yard and took steps to eliminate the problem. He took his time to ensure all work was done thoroughly and provided me a detailed walk-through of the work he performed. I love it when you can see someone take pride in a job well done. Landon was great!

Kyle Mai who is a technician with Clear Defense Pest Control, came to my home to perform a quarterly service. Kyle was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job of spraying for ants and spiders. He check and replaced mouse traps. I have been using Clear Defense Pest Control for over a year and whenever I have a problem with pests, they fix it . I recommend this company and give them and their technicians a 5 star rating. Dante, our Clear Defense technician, sprayed the inside baseboards as usual and was starting on the outside work when I asked him to take a look at an underground nest just a foot from our deck stairs. He had just said yellowjackets when one appeared from the nest. Dante said he would spray the nest and put down powder to keep them from returning. This evening I saw no activity. We appreciate his extra effort.

This was our first quarterly visit after our initial inspection and extermination. Ben and his coworker (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) were both friendly, professional and thorough, efficient and accommodating. We live in a very wooded neighborhood with lots of bugs and critters and I’ve definitely noticed a difference.

The technician was wonderful. He even took care of a wasp nest right at my front door that he noticed so I would not have to get stung and he spent quite a bit of time making sure my area was taken cut off unfortunately we had terrible rain afterwards, but that’s not his fault. Very nice young man very diligent.
