Had my first treatment last month. Very nice young lady did the work. All windows are supposed to be cleaned and treated. She missed 5 windows across the back, they still had spider webs and egg sacks on them in the corners. No big deal, they can get them next month. My service was horrible! The tech named Christian came out last week, left spider webs, never treated the crawl space for mice control, never touched the wasp nest we requested to be destroyed-just to name a few thing-so needless to say we asked for a follow up visit-lucky us the same tech came out and did the same amount work he did the first time which was hardly a thing! BEWARE! I would give zero stars if it would let me. The tech that showed up smelled heavily of marijuana and only did the outside of the house despite us remaining home to let them in. They never cleaned the spider webs from the siding or windows. They promote their products as being environmentally friendly, which I cannot dispute however THEY DON’T WORK! They were unable to get rid of ants in the kitchen. I called for a revisit between treatments and they sent someone weeks later. They charged
