I’Allah was our technician and he was very professional and efficient. He met all of our needs and was very thorough in his service. His knowledge was evident and he had a very good attitude.

Waited a whole year to leave this review just to be sure it was 100% accurate. First the issues we received treatment for NEVER worked, not once, it made the problem worse and never got better. I tried to get out of the contract and was told we locked in for a year OK cool. Nobody never came out ever other month like they were supposed to and I called to complain on the 27th of the month and was told “it’s not the end of the month yet, we were going to call and set up a time.” I’m like how it’s only a few days left, same thing months later. I complained to a supervisor he was very nice and understanding and came out him self and said he would be sure they came out ever other month from there on out, he sprayed and thing was ok a few days later but returned then I had to call for someone to come out in between and every other month because I realized it was days left to the next month and no one came out. And everyone I called the line to talk to them about it they just acted like they didn’t care. I would never recommend Go Forth, this is my opinion they were horrible for our family and didn’t try to keep up with their promise, over $800 gone to waste!
