2026 update: Being able to have the same technician treat our house over the years is truly a blessing. He knows the property, he has gotten to know us, and provides the best treatments available each time! We love this company! Update…another great visit …. It’s been years since my first review of my experience using this company and our opinion has not changed. They have a loyal customer base for a reason and we appreciate the personable service we always receive. Billy is a pleasant, prompt, courteous, and professional and always informs us of the current insects of the season to watchful for. I recommend them every time when asked by my local friends! I love that this is a family owned business and they respect their customers. They have many service options to fit any budget. They text and/or email appointment reminders, invoices and receipts. No wasted paper! I truly appreciate this local business and you should give them a try!

Honestly, I have no idea what Tom did. All I saw was him open one of green traps up, looked in it, pulled up a white tube, looked at it, put it back and then closed it putting the top back on it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ There was no face to face communication at all. Therefore I can not rate good or bad without knowledge of what he did or did not do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Representatives were very friendly and polite. Representative informed me of areas of serious concerns.l

We have the Ring video doorbell and able to see what the technician did. He actually sprayed 4 squirts from his handheld bottle on the front porch. He wrote on the ticket that he sprayed around the doors and windows. I know for a fact he did not do this on the front porch. I could have done a better job with a can of Raid and saved myself $$$. We will definitely cancel any future services with Pest Solutions. I wonder if we really received our money’s worth on any of their visits.
