Marcus was so great to work with! After recent bad weather we had a mouse issue. He was able to fit us in right away to secure all possible entry points and set up a two week check to make sure there was no additional activity. He is thorough, friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend him to anyone with unexpected guests.

Marcus is awesome - HIGHLY recommend for your pest control needs. Marcus quickly diagnosed multiple issues, came up for a plan for removal and exclusion, as well as provided realistic advice on follow up/clean up. From the first call, he was very responsive, professional, and provided treatment options (no contract like many other companies required). He is clearly extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions, friendly, and was flexible with treatment options based on our preferences. In addition, we had full confidence because he was so thorough in his inspection, plan, and follow up. He went above and beyond to remove sheet rock and close a few holes in the roof line, in addition to thorough clean up. He was careful about safety - used a HEPA vacuum, kept doors closed during treatment, and wore booties while walking through the house. He went out of his way to check in between appointments, made scheduling easy and quick, and was very reasonably priced. He supplied documentation of insurance, business license, and pesticide certifications. He inspected my home thoroughly, crawling throughout crawl spaces. He explained his findings clearly and suggested treatment options that seemed well-founded, safe, and reliable. He returned the next week to treat my shed. His price was very affordable.
