Debbie and her assistant did a great job today treating for carpenter bees and preventative treatment. This is a scheduled periodic service a d Debbue has been great every time.

This was Joe's first time servicing my home. I was surprised when I opened the door because I was expecting Brian who had been servicing my home. Joe greated me with a warm professional smile as he introduced himself. His demeanor was extremely professional and demonstrated the traits of a very knowledgeable and skilled professional. Joe completed the preventative indoor and outdoor treatment very smoothly and professionally with a degree of familiarity with my home leaving me feeling very comfortable and assured. I have used Accel for over five years now. Their prices are reasonable, our technician Brian is prompt, friendly, and thorough, and he keeps the spiders and beetles that used to plague us at bay!

Good Service, Great People. Be aware though, you're paying monthly ($43) for QUARTERLY service. I tried to cancel my account and they billed me for the month of June when the service would not be rendered until September. So I paid $43 for a service I did not receive. Bad business. I hope your $43 was worth this bad review.

Brian is our guy! Brian is always so communicative, professional, kind, and thorough. We have been pleased with Accel over the last few years and have not had any mice or pest problems since having them come out quarterly.
