Edit- After a year of service I needed to cancel. I moved and could no longer afford the service. They are understaffed and unprofessional. The 2 account managers who can cancel service do not call you back and are never available. The supervisors do not show up to work in order to handle escalation calls, leaving the poor customer service representatives alone to handle angry customers. I'm appalled at their business practices. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT GET FRONTLINE SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT IT FOREVER. CANCELLATION IMPOSSIBLE.
Richard from Ftontline serviced my property on Triple Notch Terrace. Henrico, VA today, 1/20/26. He did an excellent job. He's very professional and Frontline should be proud of his work ethic. I look forward to Richard servicing my property for as long as I own my home.
Chris never gives up until the job is done! He suited up and took on Japanese hornets with no hesitation! I am throughly impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he is! Would give him 10 stars if I could.
This is the worst service ever, so they do good work the first visit , then on the next ones they tell you oh keep the lights on to stop rodents , they don't spray, they place sticky traps out in the open , and recently they threw the traps in my yard and left them on the ground, when I called to cancel I was told I had to pay for cancellation fee of $380 , and for me to send the video of the tech throwing the traps in my yard, not to mention Adam kept speaking over me and was not listening to me at all, I suggest that no one hires this company at all !!
Save your money and DO NOT hire this service. I am SURE they have to be deleting negative reviews because there’s no way we are the first person to have such a terrible experience. We paid $200 for someone to come remove a hornets nest. Technician did not call, did not knock, just went into the backyard (we only noticed because our dogs noticed him through the window). He spent 3 minutes poking the nest until part of it fell. Sprayed a little something, but very little of it, and left. We ran after him to ask if he was done and he said it was all good and left. We go to the yard and part of the nest is on the ground, there’s dozens of hornets flying around, and part of it is still on the tree. The nest was not actually removed from our property. We paid $200 for REMOVAL and they not only leave half it hanging (hornets clearly are trying to rebuild already) and half it on the GROUND? We have dogs!!! Worst part is we immediately called frontline who tell us the technician is too far to come back (mind you he had been gone for 5 minutes at this point). The first girl we spoke with was SO rude she said there was nothing she could do for us. That maybe she could schedule another service for Friday, which is two days away. I can’t even begin to express how rude this lady was to us. They said they could have a manager call us back. Now we are sitting here, after paying $200, with dozens of angry hornets in our yard and half a nest still up. Please don’t waste your money with this company. No integrity, no values, terrible customer service, and did not get the job done.

Very professional and thorough gentleman
Frontline has always shown respect for our property and is always prompt when we call them for an additional service. We had a service tech come to our home this past weekend to help with some bees in our fireplace overhang outside. He worked hard to try and control the bees, even stuffing the overhang with mesh to try and help.
Jonathan did great and helped us get the help we needed as soon as possible!
Cochise was very thorough and explained everything carefully. He said that, because it looked like rain, he would schedule another appointment sooner than the usual 90 days. Very thoughtful.
Tommy from Frontline did an amazing job—professional, thorough, and the mosquito spray worked fast! Tommy has also performed pest control and what I like most about him is that he enjoys to educate me on the types of pest that come to destroy our grass and home. Keep up the good work!
All appointments with Front Line are prompt and never missed. Uniformed employees are always courteous and polite. Announcements are made in advance of all visits. Customer feedback is encouraged and welcomed. My experience with Front Line has been a pleasure. As promised, all services were performed in a prompt timely fashion. I am a satisfied new customer with the firm.Will J, who visited the property was courteous and executed his duties as expected. I signed up with Frontline Pest Control expecting basic industry, standard services, interior treatments, perimeter, phrase, and removal of spiderwebs and wasp nest. The technician assigned to my property barely performed these basic task. He did not want to enter the home and when he did, he told me he could not spray inside because the materials were hazardous to humans. He then refused to walk the perimeter nor did he attempt to clear all webs or nest. I advised him that he was never to come to my home again, but when I called for subsequent service to my dismay they sent him again and once again he refused to walk the perimeter of the property nor did he treat any of the windows and doors when I raise these concerns Frontline informed me they have no other technician available in my area despite me advising them of his incompetence and refusal to work, they refused to release me from the contract and had the audacity to charge me a termination fee. This is a travesty as it was no actual service that was provided if reliability and accountability matter to you I suggest you retain services elsewhere.
Abby was not honest with the sale. She said the intial amount, and only 3 payments for the year. It then turned into paying for 12 months. Just say it. Had she explained it correctly I would have say no comfortably. Today I said no because that was a scare. Be honest.
