Dodson Pest Control - Regional Office

It’s the most rude and disgusting place to live and the rental office people are mean and talk to you any way and it’s not right you can’t get in touch with corporate or anything

Was a loyal customer for many years. This last year it has been horrible. They charge for a bi monthly service then never come. When they do spray they are here two seconds and gone. We still have bugs. They don’t work around the homeowner schedule. I was told that by 2 they are done for the day. I cannot recommend them at all. Regional manager not helpful either. Instead of trying to work with us to get better service he said he was fine with cancelling us. They used to be excellent not anymore. Do NOT use them

Excellent Service!! We switched our pest control to Dodson Bros. about a year ago and can not be happier. Just had them come out to remove a couple wasp nests. Donald D. came when he said he would and took care of the nests. Did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible. The initial person is good but do not sign up for a plan. The person who services the plans is awful and hardly sprays anything. The plan is supposed to include call backs if you are having issued between treatments. I called bc i was still seeing bugs just a couple days after a service (bc i could tell the person didnt spray outside) and no one ever called me back. Don’t waste your money with this company.

I was referred to Dodson Pest Control by a friend. Rob Thomas came and did a complete tour of my home looking for ways that centipedes were entering my home. I asked him so many questions and he patiently educated me on the habits of centipedes. He then sprayed the interior and exterior. What a relief!!!!! Thank you Rob.

bad news.. beware. say they inspect every year and hit you for twenty bucks. they don't do anything. scam. my uncle and my mom paid them money every year for nothing. they prey on seniors.
