We've worked with Brian for years. Never has he been anything other than a fine representative of the Dodson firm: prompt, diligent, courteous and thorough. He not only does his job as a service technician, he explains what he's doing, and why. Today he was helping us deal with the weather-related appearance of a couple of 11/2-2-inch wood roaches.

I have been with Dodson for many years and gauge is hands-down. The best technician I’ve ever had. He is Punctual, personable and knowledgeable. He Is communicative and responsive in a timely manner. He is courteous and thoughtful around my specific needs. He leaves no Stone unturned when he treats my home. He is respectful of my space yet thorough with his job. I can’t say enough good things about gauge. Please keep me on his route because when he is on the job, i can be assured- bugs are one less thing I ever have to worry about.

06-12-2026: Andrew just visited for my yearly fungus inspection. He was right on time, personable, knowedgeable and eager to perform a comprehensive examination. Dodson is a great company that goes out of their way to please. I've been with Dodson Bros. for about 40 years and they continue to amaze with their prompt and courteous service. My warranty visit today (06/23/2025) was with technician Ronell Robinson. He was right on time, friendly, professional and very impressive. I highly recommend Dodson Bros.!
