We had an excellent experience with Mike Ryder from Critter Authority! We discovered a bird trapped in our attic and were understandably stressed about the situation. Mike responded quickly, was extremely professional, and handled everything with care and expertise. He safely removed the bird, thoroughly inspected the area, and made sure we understood how it likely got in and what steps to take to prevent it from happening again. His knowledge and calm demeanor really put us at ease. If you need a reliable and knowledgeable wildlife pest technician, I highly recommend Mike Ryder and Critter Authority. The Critter Authority team has been so quick and kind in supporting us with a sudden rodent problem in the house we bought this year. We heard scratching in an interior wall during the night and Mike R came by the next day to evaluate the issue and provide an estimate. Their pricing is very transparent and reasonable. Everyone in Critter Authority's scheduling/admin office has been so proactive and helpful as well. Mike is really skilled and thorough in implementing their rodent program, installing a new crawlspace door, and answering all of our questions. Our pest issue is under control now and we are relieved to know we can always call Mike and Critter Authority if something new comes up in the future!

Fraud, they charged me well over $600 no results only got worse for Moles and Voles. Didn't even do anything for 1/3 of my small property because I live on water. Environmental whachos!! The technician was VERY rude and arrogant! I'm a senior citizen taken advantage of! Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!

Because your property is near water, we are legally required to follow EPA regulations and pesticide labels, which prohibit treatments near bodies of water to prevent harm to fish and wildlife. This is not a company policy, not something that can be changed or disregarded - it is the law. <br><br>When we began service, mole activity on your property dropped, but by week 4 activity returned due to migration from neighboring properties, an issue we explained at the time about your neighbor’s driveway. We also learned that additional pesticides were being applied, which made it unsafe for us to continue treatment since we could not verify their use or interaction.<br><br>Our mission is to provide safe, effective service while protecting both our customers and the environment. We trust that whichever company you choose next will also follow the law and apply treatments correctly and responsibly.

Recently we had an uninvited guess come into our training facility. A large black snake and even though they are not dangerous I am not a good person to be around snakes of any kind. I called Critter Authority explaining this was a dog training facility and that classes were to be held. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and patient with me in getting all the information as our guess came out of hiding and was crossing the training floor. She contacted one of the technicians and got him to our facility with in a half hour. In comes Joseph, a young polite and composed young man. He captured our guess and then proceeded to inspect the rest of the building from top to bottom to ensure our guess had not brought anymore friends. He was Awesome! Thank you for such responsive and efficient service! Definitely recommend this company!

Carl from critter authority is very professional. I had groundhogs that were living in my neighbors backyard and coming to mine to eat my flowers, vegetables and climbing my fruit trees to eat the fruits. They were such a nuisance for many years . I was able to catch and release the 4 offspring but the 2 adults are very intelligent and I could not trap them. Critter authority was able to capture the 2 adult groundhogs and remove them from my property. Hopefully next growing season I will be rewarded the fruits of my labor. The people were very nice but it took my roofer to get up and all over the roof to find where the squirrels were getting in and I feel I was totally taken advantage of with the $2600 price tag. Unless you have that kind of money lying around (which I did not but was at their mercy) I would not recommend.
