Scott was so helpful!! He was incredibly informative and thorough, and really helped us out during an uneasy pest situation!

I previously gave 5 stars. It’s been reduced to one star because Scott was to come back one year after the treatment August 2024. He was due back August 2025. It’s now December 2025. Lots of excuses and assurances he would return. I waited, as I thought maybe he had some personal issues he was working on. I’m more than disappointed. update: Scott contacted me, took responsibility and came out yesterday

Rodents unexpectedly showed up in our house after years with no issues. We tried the DYI stuff I successfully learned and used when I was deployed with the Army in Somalia. We became aware of this company via word of mouth from a teacher who works with my wife. This man diligently went about his business, educating us graciously along the way! He not just got the job done but continues to monitor and keep my human and pet families safe! I highly recommend this company!

I don’t think I’ve ever been this let down by a fellow entrepreneur. Base on all these five star reviews and the way Scott spoke to me on the phone, I was ecstatic to support a family business. I spent an hour moving all my furnitures for him to come take a look at the home and then waiting for 1.5 hrs after the agreed time, he “came to my house”, “looked outside”, and left without notifying me. First off, he said he rang the doorbell before heading out. I don’t have a doorbell. He said he “looked around the house” when there was no way he could have looked around the entire house because you need to be let in to see my backyard. He then proceeded to tell me that I have Norway rats, which I don’t. He would have known that if he actually came inside to see the poop size. And then when I call him 5x after he texted me he had already left, he didn’t even have the decency to pick up and refused to come back. The next day he sends me a quote for $1,475 after a “discount for my troubles” and said I’ll need new crawl space doors and vents. And then when I asked what the $1,475 was specifically for… I got no response. I had 3 other exterminators come for an inspection and all three of them said everything Scott told me was untrue even down to the types of rodent it was. I am a huge supporter of small business owners and can overlook most things. I was even still willing to work with him after the no-show and lack of consideration. But this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced with a family-owned business. And I would never treat an eager client like this. If you want to support a small locally owned extermination company, I recommend HL Cooper or Eco Pest.

Scott went above and beyond. He came to my newly purchased warehouse and office and cleared out all the wasps nest and even forgot an area and came back on his own dime. There was a hole on the side of the building which he patched up and sealed without me having to ask. Pricing is very competitive. Very friendly and I will be recommending him to all my business . partners in the area. He is high in demand so if you do not get a hold of him he will definitely call you back. Support your small businesses!

Scott and Lindsey were great to work with, both very responsive. We hired Cobalt for general pest control services but before their arrival discovered a huge wasps nest. They told me not to worry and that it will be cared for. The next day they came out and call this man the wasp warrior because that nest is gone and those things were angry! I am thankful they were able to effectively take care of this issue and cater their servicing to care for my dogs as well. Thank you, Scott.

I'm not sure 5 stars is enough. My family had a major hornet infestation in our attic and they managed to find a way into our home. Our bedroom, closet, and daughters bedroom had dozens of hornets make their way into our living area. We called between 30-50 pest control companies on Tuesday and everyone said they wouldn't be available until later in the week or even next week, even though this was a severely urgent issue for us considering they were literally inside of our house where we sleep. By the grace of God we were able to get a hold of Scott. He understood the severity of our situation and after working all day he cared enough to come to our home around 10pm and stayed until after 4am removing all of the hornets and the nest, and sealing up any access points he could find when other companies weren't willing to come within the next couple of days. He was even kind enough to check back in with us over the next few days and stop by to make sure the issue was fully resolved. We were blessed to have worked with someone who cared about our situation and I hope anyone who reads this will use Scott and his company. I feel confident in saying he would take good care of you.

This company gives excellent service and awesome advice on your concerns dealing with pest control. I had black widow spiders, and spider crickets, he did what he does best and I haven’t seen any since!!!

Scott from Cobalt is excellent. We had him out to do a bed bug inspection. He didn't find anything but was very thorough and happy to explain any questions I had. If we do have any issues in the future, he'll be the first one I call

The best service!! My roomates and I thought we had bed bugs, we contacted some big name company’s that came and barely checked our house, and then gave us insane quote price. I then contacted Cobalt Pest Control. They got back to me quickly, and they came to do an inspection asap! Scott throughly searched through the house and explained everything to me, he really knows his stuff. He was able to explain to me that we did not have bed bugs, but we had a bug I had never even heard of (and he told a really cool story of how the begs came to be) and it was an easy fix. 10/10 Would recommend Cobalt Pest Control!

Great company very effective! The owner was very cool and friendly. Came out and obliterated these pesky German Cockroaches that had invaded my property. Ever since he came out I have not seen many stragglers. But when I do they look very weak and deformed. Whatever poison he uses is top tier. Thanks again Cobalt. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scott with Cobalt Pest Control is wonderful! He will be my first call should we have any pest control needs in the future. Thankfully he was able to give us great news that we were not dealing with bed bugs-- but I still felt compelled to write this review due to his fantastic service. He was incredibly patient with my many questions, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and just all around a wonderful service experience. HIGHLY recommend- call Scott! You won't be disappointed. The other reviews are what led me to call Cobalt and I am so thankful we did!

I had a bedbug encounter recently and have been feeling paranoid for the past few days, particularly about my car. I gave Cobalt a call and they were SO kind and understanding and put my mind at ease, even offering a free inspection. Thankfully it sounds like I'm likely in the clear, but I will be passing this info along to the folks I visited experiencing the infestation to get them taken care of!

Easiest five star review I've ever felt compelled to write! I cannot recommend Cobalt Pest Control enough. Scott is an absolute gem of a human being and is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable pest control professional I've ever met. My wife and I found a singular bed bug in our room and we immediately thought we were at DEFCON 1. We reached out to Cobalt and Scott put us at ease immediately. He continued to text us and kept us up to date on when he'd be able to come by as he was at another house. When he arrived, he gave us a mini briefing on bed bugs and wanted all the details so he could determine the best plan of action. After that, he went straight to work and examined every nook and cranny of our room and was incredibly thorough, even crawling into places of our crawlspaces I didn't know existed (checking for bats, as there was a slim chance that it was a bat bug). Scott evaluated everything carefully and then presented us with several options for solving the case of the singular bed bug. He dusted the perimeter of our room (with something the name of which I can't remember) and even went back into the crawlspace to lay down boric acid for the rodent-sized cockroaches he found back there. After all was said and done, Scott let us know that he'd be in touch for the next two weeks to check on us and see if there were any additional sightings and told us what to look out for in the mean time. Scott is the type of person you hope shows up any time you have to make any kind of service call. He is thoughtful, easygoing, incredibly smart, passionate about his trade, and genuinely wants to help the people he receives calls from. If you ever run into a similar situation or have other insects and rodents invading your home, Cobalt Pest Control is the only call you need to make.

I cannot recommend them enough! I previously hired a big pest control company (paramount pest control) to assist in an issue with roaches. They briefly visited once and then just sprayed the interior and exterior of the home in following visits. On the other hand, Cobalt Pest actually figured out the root issue and closed the holes and gaps that were allowing pests to enter. They do a very thorough job and answered all of my questions clearly. AND, they are incredibly affordable!!!! I always recommend them to friends with pest control issues and can definitely say they go above and beyond to help address all your concerns.

Scheduled a bed bug inspection and they identified I did NOT have bed bugs (yay) but did have fleas. Treated the yard for free and did a look around to identify where rodents might be entering the home to bring the fleas in. Overall wonderful communicators—very helpful and friendly! Sadly I rent and had to schedule the follow up w/ my property management to actually treat the problem but I would recommend Cobalt and would have stuck with them if I had the choice!
