Bee Bat & Bird Men

I contacted them a couple of years ago and spoke with the owner who said he would come out and take a look at the bat problem that we had. I waited and never heard anything from them after that. After reading some of the more recent reviews since then, I’m glad that I didn’t hear back. PS I wrote a review at that time but I don’t see it so adding it again.

They did an awesome job getting the bats excluded. Great communication and price. Thanks

Not transparent about pricing. $135 for you to tell us we have squirrels? We knew that. Very misleading in the initial phone call. Stay far away.

Really disappointed in the service that we received. Called because it appeared an animal was coming into an area in an outside vent. Traps were set and an inspection was supposedly performed, we were told it appeared to be mice but never determined what was trying to come into our home or how. Traps never caught anything and the whole endeavor was inconclusive. I’m pretty sure the mice “evidenced” was from the previous owners as we had found a dead mouse when we moved in 4 years ago. We were charged $500 to be exactly in the same spot when we called originally. Update to add- I put a camera in our attic to where we suspected animals. We saw a flying squirrel. I contacted another service provider to inspect our home who quickly pointed out 2 areas of entry where the squirrels had physically damaged the outside of our home. I am so frustrated to have wasted money and time with this company. I reached out and asked for a partial refund and was chastised for not allowing them to fix the problem but at this point I don’t trust the work. Do not do business with them, they don’t take accountability for their mistakes.

Stay far far away. I have never dealt with a less competent staff anywhere I have ever lived, from intoxicated teenagers working the counter at 711 to McDonalds these guys take the cake. They are the least professional most ignorant individuals I have ever encountered in my life. I could have taken care of the problem myself with far less stress and for 20 dollars in supplies. I would be surprised if 60% of their employees could read and write at an 8th grade level. Edit: to the owner responding to this over 2 months later it's clear you don't keep a schedule or you would have shown up and solved my bird problem.

Wish I could tell ya about their services but they never showed up for their first and many rescheduled appointments. Based on other reviews it seems to be a theme for this company. Do yourself a favor and find business elsewhere.

I called Joe at 7pm on a Sunday night (last night) and he was at my house by 8pm/830pm to remove a bat that somehow got in. After catching the bat, he explained that he doesn't kill them but releases them in a different area near his home. He was informative and is actually coming back today to look for areas where it may have gotten into the house. 10/10 would recommend his company to all who need it!

I called Joe at 10pm on July 3rd for a bat and he was at my home within 30min. When an additional bat was found, he returned to remove that one as well. Gus on his team came out today to repair my attic netting to close the bats’ entry point. Joe and Gus are both very pleasant, informative, and responsive. Thankfully, no one came in direct contact with the bats and Joe is able to release them safely elsewhere. I will absolutely call Bee, Bat, & Bird again if I need them.
