I started receiving services from Urbanex in the fall of 2025 and they have been great! They come out every few months and treat outside and inside and it has been money well spent! All of their specialists are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Most recently Chris M came to perform my treatment. I was on a conference call when he arrived, but he graciously & silently communicated to me and sprayed inside and outside. I highly recommend Urbanex!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Urbanex is an outstanding pest control company. They treated my home for common pests like spiders, stink bugs, ants, German cockroach issue and early signs of rodent activity. What impressed me most is that they stopped the rodent issue before it ever became a real problem. I’ve worked with several pest control companies in the past, including both big-name brands and smaller local providers. While I respect their efforts, I never quite got the results I expected. Urbanex completely exceeded my expectations. During the first visit, they treated both the interior and exterior of my home. They offer a no-web guarantee, and they truly stand by it. I have not seen a single spider web around my house since that initial treatment. As for rodents, after their service, I haven’t seen, heard, or noticed any signs at all. Nate and Chris serviced my home, and they were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very informative. You can tell this company takes pride not only in their work, but also in the people they hire. I genuinely appreciate Urbanex and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and professional pest control. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible experience with Urbanex. They promised to waive a fee but continued to harass me about it. They never provided the service I requested (spraying inside the house), made excuses, then showed up unannounced and sprayed only the outside. After saying my account was sent to collections, I made a payment and they withdrew another large amount without my permission the next day. Rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Do not use this company!

Company wants to put me in collections for $120. I run a company and I don’t even put people in collections for multiple thousands of dollars. What a disgrace

First of all, they came knocking on my door. Their salesperson promised a 100% refund guarantee if the service didn’t work. I agreed because I was already dealing with a German cockroach problem, plus ants and spiders. They did their general service three times — I paid three full treatments, each around $120 — and nothing changed. I kept seeing the same roaches and the same spiders all around the house. The only thing that sort of improved was ants, and even that wasn’t impressive. The roaches and spiders continued to show up in common areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. After three months of paying for the “general service,” I continued to complain about the German cockroaches. Then they said that this specific type of roach wasn’t covered, and that I had to pay an extra $100 per application — first every 15 days, then once a month. I paid for this “special treatment” too. After three more applications, I still had the exact same problem. Zero improvement. Not even close. So I called to cancel. That’s when the real scam started. They tried to charge me a $150 cancellation fee — just to stop a service that never worked in the first place! I reminded them that I was promised a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and they said they couldn’t remove the fee. I wasn’t even asking for a refund anymore — I just didn’t want to pay $150 to walk away from their terrible service. After many calls and emails, the only “solution” they offered was that I had to keep paying for more general treatment AND more roach treatment until the problem was solved — otherwise, I would be charged the cancellation fee. In other words, pay even more money so they don’t charge me for canceling a service that never worked. This company is a complete scam in my opinion. They make promises they don’t honor, their services don’t work, and they trap customers with hidden fees when you try to leave. I highly recommend staying far away from Urbanex Pest Control. Worst customer experience I’ve had since moving to the U.S.

Chris (superb) came out following an introduction from Jenna (awesomeness). I had an excellent service and look forward to a longstanding relationship! *** UPDATE*** GO ANYWHERE ELSE - I have been in my home over 9 yrs, no issues with flies, and had a different pest service and wished I had never switched. After 2 services, I have the WORST fly issue ever, and upon calling them back, I have these fly bags hung up by MY FRONT DOOR that lure flies to my entry points. Calling them back - laughable - I sent them the same photos posted here and haven't heard anything. Last time we talked, I asked to cancel my contract, and its over a $100 to cancel. So, since I have to pay for pests to be attracted to my home, I will ensure that any business that my positive comments may influence will no longer exist. **** 2ND UPDATE *** Next issue that they have found at home is now termites and offered their additional services - I have went with another company and asked they not comeback to my home even though they are still going to charge for services for the remaining 5 months of their 1 year sentence. ***3rd Update*** Called them in reference to the reply and was able to cancel the plan for a $150 fee after they found my account and an extended offer for reservice- I do not want this on my property especially since I am already paying another company (Terminex).

Poor service. I’m seeing more bugs than I did before. They don’t come when they’re supposed to, and think it’s ok to come at night, 6pm to be exact. It was dark outside!! The previous company we had never in the 10+ years we had them come to our home at night. Never! Also, my dog isn’t allowed to roam until 30mins to an hour which is something we didn’t have to worry about before either. Looking forward to going back to our previous pest control company.

I always tip the people who come to the house because they’re professional and thorough. If this contract did not keep me hostage, I’d feel better continuing with them. Unfortunately, they want $250 to cancel when the salesman specifically said, it’s $50 a month but that I can cancel anytime. Cool. Once we’re done, we’re done.

I’m honestly not sure what’s going on. I work a lot?, so I have a very busy schedule but I signed up in June and I haven’t seen anyone since. However, the fee is taken out promptly on the due date. *Edit* Maybe the sales person was speaking a bit fast, but I recalled being told they will come monthly. So for that miscommunication, I’ll update my rating. I did receive my service today 10/1/2025 and was told I had a huge hornets nest 🫠 on the side of the house that was being taken care of. So I reckon that was perfect timing. Thank you, Nate!

We completed your initial treatment along with a complimentary mosquito fogging on 6/14/2025, then returned for your back-to-back service on 7/14/2025. That second visit is scheduled 30 days later on purpose so we can break the bug egg cycle and ensure your pest issues are fully addressed.Your next quarterly service is already scheduled for 10/01/2025. While your services are performed quarterly, your account is set up on monthly billing to make payments more manageable. If you would prefer to switch to quarterly payments (charged after each completed service), we can adjust that at any time to fit what works best for you.Also, please remember you have free reservices available—if you notice pest activity between visits, just let us know and we’ll come out at no additional cost. This is not the first time Nate has come to my yard for mosquito treatment but this time went above and beyond. It was nap time for my little one so when he texted that he was arriving soon I asked that he not ring the doorbell and he understood and went in his business and gave me a debrief of service after. He even noticed I had grass clippings on my driveway from mowing and blew them out of the way for me. Amazing service!

Don't.... I regret ever signing up with Urbanex Pest Control. Their service has been nothing short of awful. They are completely unreliable.On top of that, they are pushy about contracts and try to lock you into paying for a service that doesn’t deliver results.

I would not recommend this company, what they promised when they knock on your door, and what happens in reality is different. We were told that we would not be in a contract, that the first service would be free, and that they would 'buy out' our existing contract. Well, none of this happened. Not only was I billed for the first service, but I had to pay them a $200 fee to get out of a contract my son had signed. He actually believed the guy that showed up at the door and didn't read the 'fine print!' I am modifying this review based on feedback from the company, to add proof that this was an actual purchase. There is no need to reiterate the cancellation policy, this was already discussed with customer service prior to me paying the fee. Transparency from the sales team from this company would be helpful.

I signed up for Urbanex back in Spring as I liked the idea that they would use non toxic pest control to spray our house. Unfortunately our June treatment came and our technician told my wife that we had termites and recommended that we needed $4000 of service but that they would do it for $2500 if we signed up in 48 hrs. The technician continued to hard sell us by calling and texting and telling us we needed to get it done now. We called two other providers and they both confirmed that they were not termites, but were in fact ants coming down from our gutters moving their larva from recent rain storms. When we called to cancel the service because we didn't appreciate someone selling something we didn't need, they would not waive the termination fee. I don't care to do business with people that aren't willing to make things right and you should not either.

I was coerced into signing a contract in my driveway by the owner of the company. I was hesitant to set up a treatment and she was very convincing and pushy. Didn't get a chance to read it, she put the website in my phone and said "just click here, here, and here. Put your credit card info in" etc. I was happy with the first service but it did nothing for the mosquitos so I went to cancel it before they came again and of course they want to charge you $150 for early termination of a contract I was not aware I signed. Total racket. Like trying to get out of a bad gym membership except it's people spraying chemicals in my yard.

The worst experience ever with this pest control service!!! I told Bristin one of the sales reps I wanted out of my pest control service within the 3 day window they give you to cancel and they DID NOT honor it. This company is all about money they don’t care about good customer service! They told me Bristin no longer works there. I would not recommend this pest control AT ALL! They did not try to work with me at all! I had to pay a $200 cancellation fee because they said they have no record of me wanting to cancel. Stay away from this company!

At the time of sign-up, every customer receives a digital copy of the agreement by email, which includes a 3-day cancellation window. This cancellation must be verbally communicated to an Urbanex account manager so it can be properly documented and processed. Written communication (such as texts or emails to a sales rep) unfortunately cannot be accepted as an official cancellation request, since sales reps may no longer be with the company.In your case, we did not have a record of a cancellation request made within that 3-day window, which is why the $200 cancellation fee was applied. Very sad to say but they are very deceitful. Had me sign a contract without showing me the contract and also lied saying that it was just to do one service for just that day. There work wasn’t bad. Just very disappointed in how they lied and went about everything. And then once spoken to them about it they tell me I have to pay close to $200 to cancel something I wasn’t even aware I was signing for. Highly recommend finding someone else who does care about clients. I hope they also find better employee's since this was on them. There’s so many local people in areas who would do more for less and actually care.

For clarity, our service agreements are sent to the email on file at the time of signing so customers can review all details. That said, your feedback is valuable and will help us continue to coach our sales team to ensure we are always being clear and transparent during the sign-up process. However It does look like your account is closed with no cancelation fee. The only charge is the first initial service that was completed for a promotional price of just $75 instead of the normal price of $300.
Service people were nice but I still have bugs and rodents after them servicing my house. Also, be aware that if you cancel with them they will charge you $250. They are nice to you when you use the service and when you cancel, they screw you over. Do not recommend.
