I can't emphasize enough how great these folks are to work with. I agree with the other reviewers who say they are amazing, quick, fair priced, etc. We've used them for a couple of years now and we will continue using them. They also called me to schedule the annual inspection. On top of things in every way. I highly recommend.

The Team at Fidelity Termite Control responded to a last minute request for a termite inspection on my property that would have derailed my closing by a week or more. An inspection was scheduled and conducted promptly and expertly. This has been one of the best customer-centric experiences I have had in any capacity all year long! I highly recommend Fidelity Termite Control. I’m truly grateful that they were willing to extend such a high sense of urgency and courtesy to deliver this valuable service.

He’s polite and attentive and timely with his communication, but he’s canceled last minute with us twice now after we’ve already paid the invoice. To be clear, his reasons for cancelling were valid, it was the last minute I’m dissatisfied with. He could’ve given more notice and I could’ve gone into work. I have to keep taking time off work for this and my garage is currently in an upheaval waiting for this treatment. It’s a minor inconvenience but it’s being drug out by a week of rain. Edit: he made it out and did our treatment quickly and professionally. With the weather he had to come back another day to treat the exterior of the house but all in all very professional and flexible.

The experience I had with this company was amazing. We ran into a few issues where we couldn’t resolve the problem under our house, but Chad tried a few other ways and finally we figured out the problem. Everyone was very professional, on time, polite and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I’ll only use this company in the future. Chad is the main guy who runs it definitely makes sense because he knows exactly what he’s doing. We need more companies like this honest, hard-working people.

This gentleman came to my house to do a well chlorine test. When he got there and did the test the top to my well had broken from him moving it. I called him to discuss it and politely asked if he would replace it and that is when he went off on my telling me he would absolutely not, he wasn’t coming back to finish his services, and hung up on me. Not professional at all. He called my relator and told him he would only come back if I was “calm”. After everything was said and done he realized how unprofessional he was and called the relator and took 95 dollars off the service for which I was grateful for but still doesn’t excuse how rude he was and unprofessional he was towards me.
