Orkin

I was sold a crawlspace encapsulation, which i was told would fix my moisture problem. It took months to get the work done with several issues along the way. When they were "done" they assured me that it was OK that the plastic didn't go up the walls as stated in the contract. I've contacted the manager who oversaw the job several times with issues. I honestly don't know where our Orkin service came from, so this is a general review of ORKIN - not this particular location. First of all, Orkin doesn't stick with what you request. They feel the need to add other services. I guess their technicians are trained to be salesmen. I know this because we called Orkin back in the early 90s. They used all kinds of ambiguous words: you "might" have "the very beginning stages" of a "potential" moisture problem. Momentarily forgetting that experience,

had bait traps outside. but termites were still in original spot . they caused more damage to another door frame. company will not replace frame. am disgusted at $7.000 plus price- and no remediating. no wonder the initial salesman left the company, and orkin dropped the ball on follow up. would never recommend this rip-off company.
