Brandon fit us in next day after I frantically called after seeing ants in the pantry. He explained that his products are pet friendly (very important to my family) and was in and out in about 25 minutes. He sprayed the interior and exterior as well as setup bait and rodent boxes. He and his team cleared all the spider webs in the garage and along the house. Additionally, he provided follow up details along with best practice advice to keep our home pest free! 10/10 would recommend to a friend and neighbor.

This company did a great job on my pest control problem. They walked me thru the issues and made sure if I had any other problem to reach out to them. They would be happy to come back out. I recommend this company highly. So glad I found them on Groupon.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am currently selling my house and during the pest inspection, conducted by the owner, it was deemed that the prior termite treatment done was not adequate due to open holes. The owner sent his son and another worker out to conduct the job of re-drilling/roding and trenching the whole house. Upon their arrival they were captured on video explicitly complaining about the work. When the one worker told the son that his dad said they have to redrill the house he told him to shut-up and explicitly said he was not F***** doing that. Due to myself working, they informed the wife about an hour after starting that that they were almost done if she needed to latch the back fence so he didn’t have to hop over it. The company then sent the bill to the realtor. When I arrived home I found they did not trench everything, they did not redrill and fill all the holes in the foundation as documented in the bill. I contacted the owner through our realtor, the owner stated that he “would be surprised if they didn’t do a good job they have been doing it for years”. After sending pictures of the work the owner said he was going to come back out to complete the job. Upon arrival the owner said his workers did not have the rod tool and that’s why they didn’t finish. On their first trip they had drills, they had the putty. They performed the work on the patio and the front stoop but did not do the foundation which requires the same tools. The workers stated the job was complete before leaving, they billed us for the work so that doesnt make since why they would state the work was complete and send the bill. The owner continued to, I believe lie, and make excuses. I offered to show him video footage but he refused it. So yes the owner did finish the job correctly but if I would have not checked their work they probably never would have showed back up. It makes me wonder how many other houses the company has done like this, hopefully none. If you do get work done by them make sure to watch them and/or double check their work to ensure that they are in-fact performing the services that they are billing for.

All around PHENOMENAL experience from local, family owned/operated experts. Easy same-week appointment. Friendly, courteous professional, and knowledgeable staff that ARRIVED EARLY! Explained treatment and how it’s safe for kids/pets, dries in ~20min. Quickly/skillfully sprayed baseboards, ceiling corners, behind appliances and around house’s foundation. Spread yard granules in suspected problem area. Even showed love to our curious dog that begged to be petted.

Used them to inspect my house for pests when I was buying my house a few months ago. They didn't catch the rats nest in my attic that looks like has been there for more than a year.

Sean has been my pest guy for years and him and his son are great. I do their quarterly service and we rarely get bugs but if I do they’re out here lickety split. He’s helped me with a bee hive, a rat infestation by our shed, he sealed my crawl space and has handled everything in between. He’s polite and very trustworthy and reasonably priced to boot. I recommend him to all my neighbors. You can’t go wrong using this company.

I called to verify an invoice, that I received for services that was supposedly completed twice in May. The man stated that he personally completed the service. However, he wasn't sure if he visited the property twice or if it was vacant when he did so. I stated to him that the invoice listed it as one service and he apologized. I definitely wouldn't recommend Eastern Pest Services because he couldn't remember something that happened 2 months ago or properly list services on an invoice that he expects to be paid.
