Virginia Green Lawn Care

I originally signed up for Virginia Green to have my lawn seeded and undergo a few treatments. We had a lot of moss and Virginia Green informed me that was not a problem. Not once did they come to inspect the lawn or the moss. I signed up and after a few months, I contacted them because I wasn't seeing much difference. They assured me to give it time, the moss would disappear and the lawn would look great. However, the moss never really went away after a year of service, so I decided to cancel.

I've been using Virginia Green for lawn care this past 7 months, and while I understand that the hot summer and new sod played a part, my lawn didn’t look good at all—it was brown almost the entire season and barely seemed to survive. They mentioned doing soil samples, but I never received any results. The bug control and fungus didn't seem to work either. The real issue, though, is that I've tried to cancel my service twice over the last two months, but I'm still being charged. Customer service

Initially my husband and I were very pleased with the lawn care service provided but in the last several months our front lawn has gone to hell. We are quickly losing our yard. We have made repeated attempts to get someone out who could evaluate our lawn and formulate a game plan.
