I have to write this review now. I moved from the suburbs to the country and had Jeff out here several years ago for services. He was a great experience at a strssful time. Now I am fighting the same issue, and he is once again absolutely fabulous in setting up to come out again when a lot of companies do not want to come this far. He is honest and responsive and reduces the anxiety when dealing with pest issues. I would recommend to everyone in whatever issue you are having!

We have worked with these folks for several years. Brandon is prompt, responsive and professional! He always reminds me to call if we have any issues. Well we did today with ants (thanks heavy rain!) and he found time in his packed schedule to come by because I told him we were headed out of town for a week. Great service! Thank you Brandon!

Brandon was a wonderful tech who took the time to listen to my issue with a wasp problem we were having. He walked all around the perimeter of my home with me. He made recommendations based on everything we talked about he treated the problem and followed up to let me know what he found. I’m very grateful for his attention to detail.

if youre not using brandon at swift creek for pest control, I don't know why. he's exceptional - on time, professional, thorough, respectful, and helpful! we've tried several other companies and he is the best!

Had yellowjackets get into our walls and built a massive nest between our first floor bathroom ceiling and second floor. Swift Creek Pest control sent one of their technicians to take care of the issue. Unbeknownst to either of us the bees had chewed away some of the drywall in the ceiling. During the treatment the bees, what seemed like several hundred, actually burst through and swarmed the bathroom. Ryan, the technician, shut the door and devised a plan. Within 15-20 minutes he had eliminated all the bees. Very professional and thorough service. I highly recommend Swift Creek Pest Control.

Driver with the “Hi Cop” clearly cannot drive and is driving reckless. Excessive speeding and cut us off going into the floor and decor parking lot off of Hull St. If they’re that careless driving I cannot imagine their services being professional. ** owner would like to consider this “spam” as he has no remorse for his reckless driving and endangerment of people around him. Customers should consider his response as his lack of attention to a situation

Swift Creek Pest Control did EXCELLENT work for us! We had a situation where my son was stung over 20X by an in-ground yellow jacket nest. We noticed another nest pop up UNDER our front porch (in a tough spot to reach) and we did not want to risk another painful experience... especially for a child or pet! Back in October, I had a flea infestation at my apartment. The complex sent the same guys out 4 separate times and it gave us NO RELIEF. I would walk in to try and clean and vacuum and I’d have 15+ fleas crawling up my legs almost instantly. I contacted swift creek pest control hoping for some actual quality work and they did not disappoint. These guys came out twice for me but after the first time almost every single flea was gone. They came out a second time mostly because of my own paranoia after seeing a couple fleas. But if it wasn’t for these guys I don’t know what I would’ve done! 10/10! Came out fast and they were in and out. Super nice people too which is an even bigger plus. I cant recommend them enough. THANK YOU SWIFT CREEK YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

There is no better pest control company in central Virginia! I’ve been their customer for years, and I receive amazing service from Brandon, Jeff and the entire team at Swift Creek Pest Control. From mice to ants and spiders, I leave all the work to them and live life free from pests in my home. They also take care of my rental properties. I have an affordable contract with them, and they take care of the rest. As a real estate agent, I know dozens of pest control companies, and I always refer my clients and friends to Swift Creek Pest Control.

EDIT 2: The company continues to leave out the facts in their edits in their response. We had 3 other companies come out and all confirmed this was a clear miss on your part. There were termites on the deck and on the tree trunk right by the deck. You can argue that that's not included in your service, but that says a lot about your services that a tree trunk in the front of the home by the decking thats clearly damaged with termites, wasn't in the report lol. My realtor did what I asked. Maybe if you handled business better you wouldn't get left with a bad review. The continued immaturity in your responses and attacking a customers character says a lot about you as a company. Good luck in your business, but we will never use you again. EDIT: In response to the companies response below, they are being dismissive and are leaving out facts. The other inspections performed concluded that there was no way this was only done in 4 months (its actually been less than 4 months. the inspection was done june 28th). The tree trunk right next to the foundation had that damage in pics taken before the house was sold. This was a clear miss on your part and your explanation falls flat. Unfortunately, they missed termites near my home during a home inspection. Another company spotted them when called for bug treatment. It was pretty obvious and there was no reason they should've missed it.

I’ve used this company for over 2 years now. The service was great at first, then it started to go downhill. They keep changing days on me or cancelling 5 minutes before the appointment time and rescheduling a week later. Disappointed in service at this point. I’ll be moving on to the next company.

We had them spray two years in a row. The man that came out was very friendly, but it did take the second guaranteed spray. I decided to use them the second year in my new house. Again, I needed a follow up spray. They more or less ignored my text or calls and acted confused about needing a follow up spray. I was told they would contact me back. They never did. My bug problem is very minimal. This shouldn’t have been a problem. I will be looking for a different company for next spring.

Giving them 4 stars for taking care of our ant problem a few years back. They are pleasant and can come out quickly. However they did not remedy our bed bug problem as they assured us the treatment would be sufficient. There is a 30 day garuntee but we ended up calling another company.
