I would not recommend this business. The owner was rude and not helpful. There are better options in the area that appreciate my business and are kind to me.

I'm a full-time RVer. I caught a bug on the bed of my RV, put it in a bag, and took a picture of it. I had called quite a few pest control places and they all said it was a termite that had come into the RV from the spring swarm and that I shouldn't be worried. Spence took one look at the photo and told me I had a powder post beetle problem. Unlike every other pest control I had contact, Spence told me to bring the RV over to his shop so that he could inspect. I brought my RV and he inspected, had a handy person take a panel from the RV, and was able to show me that I wasn't crazy, but in fact, had a powder post beetle problem. Spence gave me some treatment options. I am grateful to Spence's Pest Control Co. for providing a thorough inspection, expert guidance, and absolute kindness throughout this entire experience. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Spence's! We've been using them for a little over a year now, and they have helped us out immensely. They are quick to respond if we ever need a treatment outside of their scheduled quarterly visits. Their exterminators are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to suggest helpful ways to keep the bugs at bay. Kid and pet friendly, too!

I have used Spence's for about 9 months. They seemed to have eliminated the roach problem in the house. Very professional and courteous service technicians. Pricing very reasonable.
