I have been with this company for 5 years, and my experience has been amazing. They show up in time, technicians are friendly and answer any question or concern I may have. Everytime I have had an issue, they have come promptly and 100% addressed the issue. Recently, Julio came to my house and did and excellent job at addressing my concerns.

The first guy that came out was great, he explained everything in detail. The guys that came out to lay the traps completely contradicted everything the first guy said. They weren’t supposed to fill the hole in the wall until the 2nd visit to allow the mice to leave, he went on and on about how he wanted them to take the bait back to their nest and they didn’t want to trap them inside the house. Well, the second guy wanted to fill it immediately, and when we said something about it, he was like, “oh, yeah, that’s how we usually do it, but I was just going to do it now, but I can wait till next visit if you want?” What? You’re the professional, not me! And then he set up our follow up for the following Wednesday to check the traps, but we had to reschedule, so I called them, and apparently he never called in the follow up appointment, so had I not called to reschedule, no one was coming out. Had I not already signed a contract, I would have canceled the service and found someone else. I set a calendar event to remind me in 11 months to cancel them.
Excellent Professional Completed tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Well done.

I had raccoon(s) that got into my attic through a roof vent and made itself at home. Senate Termite & Pest Control removed and replaced all insulation, filled any attic cracks with foam and sanitized my attic. Very happy with their response and services provided!

We are MOST unhappy with Senate. We contracted with them to in August 2025 clear our attic of old insulation and replace it with new. Early this month, October 2025, our ceilings began to crack open and sag greatly from the sheer weight of this new insulation. Imagine our surprise! Senate came by to inspect the damage and they claimed no fault. Instead, they insist our house had preexisting ceiling damage. It did not. Our house was built circa 1975, and the ceilings were constructed using nails--which nails, Senate has since informed us, were often used in home construction in the 70s and 80s and which allow for ceiling collapse under the weight of new insulation. We believe that Senate, knowing these truths, ought to have informed us of the possibility for damage prior to doing the work so that we could make an informed decision to proceed or not proceed. We want to file a claim with Senate's insurance carrier, but they will not provide us with the identity of that carrier. We are MOST unhappy, and our ceilings continue to get worse.
I have the service and I haven't really seen a change of any at all. Ok and top of that I never seen them come actually do the service. After the first time they said they came to service my house I seen the same nest from wasp and spiders nest. They never send a text or leave anything on the door to let you know they serviced my house. Probably one of my worst investment. On top increase bug active spiders and ants so I'm not happy with this company. I would have been better just buying spray from Walmart and and broom and doing myself.
You pay a monthly fee to get them to show up but they don't ever tell you when they're going to show up and you don't know about it until after it's over and they didn't have access to the places you need pest control the most. Canceling my service as soon as I get some time to do so.
This company is not trustworthy. A salesman came to my house and I was just thinking about getting my house a pest treatment but he told me that I can sign up with no contract and if change my mind I can always cancel. But guess what, I change my mind and they said that I have siged a contract so I have to pay them every month, what a lie!!!!!
They started out great but now it seems we have them come out an its not working. They have a great girl that works for them but the old man they have had come twice is useless one. Just feela like they change the initial spray an now doesnt work. So had final time coming out an who they send the old man i have asked several times not to come out. Will not renew contract. They did amazing at first but towards last 4 months its not working had one come out say oh they immune to whats down an put different down an no change what so ever. Very disappointed in the way communication is handle i refused last service because they sent the 1 person i said i never wanted back.

Cannot follow specific instructions! They have not treated the inside of my home in over six months, which is the service I Pay Them to do. Only interested in treating the yard, so they can CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD TWICE A MONTH, but only provide half the services for which they are contracted. I have spoken with the service manager several times about this problem, but there is no remedy. They are supposed to schedule with me to come to the house, but they just drop in whenever they feel like it. I work over 50 miles away, so I must make special arrangements for someone else to be at the house. SENATE neglects to schedule their service, so I am paying, but they are NOT providing the service for which I contracted them. ****Very UNhappy Customer****

We called an hour before the scheduled appointment to verify, which they did for 1230. I called at 1:25 to see what is going on. They person i talked to was nice but as a new would-be customer, we did not want to pay for a service that the company couldn't be ontime, or at least communicate with us if they were going to be late. Not a good first impression of this company. We canceled the "appointment" and will look elsewhere for our bug spraying needs.
First, crew signed up for the job and didn’t have the equipment to do the job (remove wasps nest). They have to order it. They didn’t tell me that. Secondly, scheduled the follow up to do the job but they forgot to appointment so they didn’t show. Lastly, they charged you for two-people jobs ($400) but one only did the job.
High turnover in the company. Sending a new employee to handle the service who is inexperienced is not a good look. I have been with this company for seven years and I expected better service at a reasonable price. As professionals you should be able to handle unexpected situations hornets and wasp nest should not be allowed to stay during a regular visit. All the money I have spent over the years with this company and they couldn’t handle a hornet and wasp nest without charging $500 more.
Had a termite prevention service agreement. Found out that they were not inspecting the termite bait stations despite claiming to have done so. Picture below are from 26 December 24. They are of my bait station in front of the garage that was “inspected” on 23 December 24. Will cancel service. I encourage current termite prevention customers to at a minimum read up on how a bait station should work and look. Then investigate the ones they installed to confirm they are being properly inspected and maintained by technicians. Otherwise you will be like me: paying senate for a service they are not providing.
