Pest Trooper was fantastic. I called on a Sunday evening and within 24 hours my bee problem was taken care of. Moustaffa was punctual and he explained what was needed to solve our problem patiently and with a sense of humor. It was very assuring to watch him do exactly what he said he was going to do. I have already reached out to several neighbors and friends to share our positive experience. Thanks Pest Trooper and Moustaffa for fixing a scary problem for us.

Unprofessional services!!! Due to a life event, I had to reschedule my appointment from morning to noon. It's 2:30 and the technician is not here yet. I wound up canceling the first visit due to the lack of respect for my time! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

We change our pest control service in our restaurant from American pest to pest trooper, this was the best decision that we did. We were not happy with american pest at all, I called them many times to complain and they always said that they will fix it but it was all same. Since we started working with pest trooper we do not see any insects in our restaurant. I really would recommend them to everyone.

Mustafa service was excellent. He looked to see where the bees how the bees were coming into my apartment, explained what to tell maintenance and showed me what he was talking about. Very grateful for his help...waaay better then the pest control my apartment uses.
