We had Pest Proof Pest Management come to inspect our attic after a squirrel was reported. Before entering the attic, the technician was specifically warned to step only on the joists. Unfortunately, he stepped between them, breaking the attic flooring, damaging the attic access, and separating the surrounding trim and molding. To his credit, he immediately apologized, took photos, and said he would report the damage to the company. Unfortunately, that’s where the good service ended. No one from the company contacted us. We had to repeatedly call and leave messages just to get a response, and we were told to wait until the following week for someone to address significant damage caused by their employee. The damaged attic access is now unstable, a safety concern, and an eyesore. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds is what matters. We expected immediate communication, accountability, and a plan to repair the damage. Instead, we experienced poor customer service and a lack of urgency. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

We have been working with Bruce and the Pest Proof team for years now and are always so impressed with his quality of service and kindness. Bruce is always efficient, professional, and a joy to speak with.

Bruce did an outstanding job cleaning and sanitizing our shed that had been invaded by a fox and mice. He extended his work day to repair holes in the floor of the shed. We appreciated his positive attitude about not only getting the work done, but doing it thoroughly and with excellence.

Bruce came out same day to make sure my house was ant free for the holiday weekend. My regular technician Andy is also great and made quick work of a wasps’ nest on my deck.
