Editing review: Ben personally came out and tried to make it right. Although I already went with someone else, I appreciated him coming out and trying to fix it. What I will say to future customers is to make sure that you reach out to Ben directly, he'll work to make it right. Had I reached Ben earlier I would have not changed companies. Customer service from him was 10/10 It seems like this company buys reviews, at least based on my experience with their lawn care service. I switched to them because they were cheaper than my previous provider (NuLeaf) and had decent reviews. Unfortunately, as soon as I made the switch, my lawn developed more weeds than ever before. When I contacted them, their only response was to “wait until the next treatment.” Instead of applying proper treatments, they just did a basic weed-and-feed (I confirmed this on my cameras). Unsurprisingly, this didn’t work, and my lawn quickly became overrun with weeds. I ended up canceling their service, but then they tried to charge me for four treatments—even though they only came twice, and the footage showed they barely did anything. After going back to NuLeaf, they immediately applied the right treatments and restored my lawn to its original condition. I regret ever switching to this company—I essentially paid for my lawn to get worse.

We get our lawn mowed every 2 weeks by this place. It's an ok job regularly. Recently they skipped our house when mowing on the neighborhood. I called and let them know it was never done. I.have cameras and a lawn needing to be mowed for proof. They didn't seem to care and waited until the regular scheduled mow instead of coming right out to fix the problem. I mowed it since it wouldn't last another 2 weeks. Just disappointed that customer service doesn't exist anymore.

We are new to the area so we needed help with the irrigation system. Matt Reisinger from Precision Lawn and Landscape was knowledgeable and professional, honest and very helpful. Answered all my questions regarding the system and fixed it quickly. I had a couple of hiccups with the communication at the office but were fixed in a timely, courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

Professional services, appreciate that they text and email instructions, weeds are sometimes impossible to control, but when they come spray most of the weeds in the yard die off without killing the grass.

We signed up with Ben and his team at Precision Lawn & Landscape around August 2018 and have yet to be disappointed! Called them up, spoke with a VERY kind representative, who was able to answer all of my questions without any issues. The scheduling is easy and the payment is flexible! If you are needing to pay every other week, you can do so. We went with the basic lawn care package, but they offer several. I can't speak highly enough about Precision Lawn & Landscape! I highly recommend their services. Two thumbs up!
