Great lawn care company. They definitely make a difference and you can feel good about the products they use. We took a two year break from them but came back because of the difference their work meant for the health of our lawn. Easy to deal with and responsive to questions.

We've been using them for years and have been very happy with the quality of service, flexibility, and their focus on using natural solutions (as much as possible). I can confidently say we have the healthiest lawn on our block (maybe too healthy lol!)

NaturaLawn has provided great service for us for 18-20 years, including soil amendments as needed, occasional weed control, periodic seeding (we have big dogs), advice and technicians who have some idea of what they are talking about, pretty rare! Very easy to work with and helpful staff and office staff.

We switched to NaturaLawn about 10 years ago and what a difference! We had used other lawn care companies that bombarded the lawn with chemicals, and it was still full of weeds. NaturaLawn focuses on making the lawn healthier and therefore better resistant to weeds and disease. In addition to the treatments, we have them aerate and reseed each year. They maintain a schedule, notify ahead of time, arrive as promised. All of the technicians have been excellent - professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve used Natural Lawn for most of the last 25 years. Since moving to the DC area. I’ve been VERY. Happy with how my lawn has looked and their responses to my requests. I decided for two years to allow my lawn mowing company to do my fertilizing, lime treatments, etc. and my lawn went downhill on Sotts products. So I went straight back to Natural Lawn of America.

Timely and reliable service. Always announce themselves when they arrive in case we have any questions.

I've been a NaturaLawn of America customer for the last 2 years and they have been AWESOME! I was never very consistent with my fertilizer application and the weeds were always out of control. These guys are the best. They keep up with everything; leave me instructions if I'm not home when they are here for applications; and are always available via email if I have questions. Truly great service at an affordable price!

I have a 30,000 sq ft yard and it was in such bad shape. It was full of Bald spots, disease, and weeds. Brad fields with Natural Lawns of America has revitalized our yard. We have lived here for 7 years and it’s never looked better! We recommend Brad and NLOA to everyone we know!

Used this company for 10 years or so and they provided average services. Nothing outstanding; small yard and average service time is less than 10 minutes. The final straw was when the office manager, Angie, sent a nasty email with yellow and green highlights saying that "autopay" and prepay were the only 2 options for payment. As reported by other reviewers, Naturalawn, Manassas had often made charges on my card without securing my permission first. A little authority goes to some people's head.

I used this company for a year. I found it uneffective for weed control. Person that came out was very friendly. However, I did not have a contract and when 2021 was over I viewed my account and had no services pending. This Spring they showed up for a treatment I didn't ask for and I turned them away saying I did not renew. Then they showed up when I was not home 3 days later and performed a treatment I did not ask for and left a bill on my door. I called to dispute and they said they would talk to manager. Without my permission they billed my credit card on file. So they showed up, did a service I asked them not too and billed me anyways. I was very clear that I was not renewing. The manager never called me back and billed my credit card without my permission.

Good lawn service, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Great results!

4 star leaning toward a fifth but we will wait until we see what we have in the spring before we award that last star.
