The house that we purchased two year ago had termite bait inspections installed. Therefore, we decided to maintain the contract. The original owner also used Home Paramount for general pest control. When they came to inspect the bait stations I asked for a quote for preventive insect control. Their price was on pair but they claimed that we had ants colonies on the exterior and needed to have the lower part of the use sprayed.
