Sharky's Pest & Termite Control

We’ve been using Sharky’s for nearly 2 years and they’re wonderful to work with. We were having spiders in the house (as well as other pests) and we no longer have that problem. Highly recommend Sharky’s for your pest control needs!

The pest control is great... the first time (second time seemed useless, and it didn't even look like they stepped foot inside our apartment) and works well, but a little communication would be nice. The business sends people out without advance notice. We have five pets and I can't just up and leave with them whenever someone decides to show up, as I don't even have a license or access to a car. I will add that the person that they sent out for our second and third bed bug sprays, Isaiah, whom we weren't given advance notice about last week OR this week, was very kind, apologetic, and accommodating, and this isn't his fault. He was professional and this shouldn't affect him negatively. I have told him this myself. If he does get punished for it and he wants to take action for it, I will be on his side. I will leave a better review if there's an apology and the business can start communicating better. I doubt this will happen though, because this has now been twice that this has happened, and we've just been expected to deal with it. I wish that our property manager would have went with someone more professional like Dodson, but we really didn't have a say in the matter. Anyway, please, for the good of your company, and especially the workers and customers, whose time you're wasting, get your crap together. Thank you.

I am not satisfied with this pest control at all. The guy came out to my apartment where I was having big black ant problems and mice problems all thru the building. The guy put 2 bates under sink and supposedly under stove and wouldn’t service nowhere else in my apartment or building. I still have these problems and when asked him if he could put bait in other affected areas, he replied, no because he was only told to do one area. I’ve never heard or seen of such. I personally would never recommend this company

I deleted my first review. Now to update. Not much surprises me these days but, within 10 hours of my post the owner called me to hear my side of the story. I must say I was very impressed. To be fair when we first hired Sharkys they were amazing. The owner Luke is amazing and really cares about his company. We are going to try again with Sharkys as we feel Luke is genuine. If I could give 10 stars for his care and attention to his local business I would!!! Way to go Luke!!!!

I was referred to Sharky’s by a family member and they did not disappoint. Lucas was very personable and explained the what and why during the whole process. Highly recommended!

After calling 2 other companies for help with a terrible wasp problem with no success, my husband and I called Sharkys for help. They sent someone to look at our house the day before Thanksgiving which was the same day we called. Finally someone took us seriously and they were willing to do whatever it took to get rid of the wasps and their nest. Less than a week later someone came to treat the problem. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!

I really like Sharkys and they do a great job, however they charged me 3x in one month and when I called they said their system was messed up and hadn't charged me for a few months so they just took all 3 at once. That can really hit hard if you're not expecting it all to come out at once. Overall I do appreciate what they do, but hope they can figure out their payment system so that doesn't happen again.

I had a rental property with some *problems* thankful for how quickly Sharky's responded, their quality of work, and fair pricing. I will use them again in the future no question.

Sharky's has been incredible to work with for me. Previously I used the services of a national chain that rhymes with worminix. The difference between that company and this company is night and day. They have been responsive to my every need. It's all about the people a company has on the ground doing the work. Cole does the work for my property and he is beyond amazing. Cole is a wonderful guy who knows exactly what he's doing every time, and I always feel like myself and my yard are getting the best treatment possible. This Company sprayed and removed 3 yellow jacket nests from under our front porch! They did a great job! Thank you! They were early for their scheduled appointment, very professional, took care of our issue in an extremely timely manner.

Sharky's was great to work with! They were the first company to answer my phone call and give a quote. They were also able to schedule us within the week. Jesse arrived early to our appointment and was very professional. He thoroughly explained what he thought would be best to exterminate the yellow jackets we had in the front flower beds of our house. I strongly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future!

New owner has zero pest control experience, he couldn’t answer any of my questions and acted as if he could care less to have me as a customer. Had a termite inspection done on one of my properties. He certified it termite free. Home inspector came in and found termites and major termite damage. No refund. No call back. Do not recommend, hire a real professional…

I moved into a house that needed exterminator due to cockroaches and mice. According to my rental company they would be present when the exterminator came to service. After the initial call I contacted my rental company that I was still seeing cockroaches. They sent the exterminator yet again. Due to rain the appointment was rescheduled. The exterminator showed up late, and told me " I was here already and I will a mouse trap." That was September 29, 2020. So, now I leave details. So tell me, Sharkey, how many visits before you actually live up to an A rating, by actual customers? Calling your competitor as should others.
