Alan , owner of Bugg Off, did an excellent job for us. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional, and gets the job done quickly. We had a minor problem with a few ants, etc but he resolved the problem. We feel very thankful we met him and I will always call Bugg Off if I should have another problem. I would ,( and have, )recommended him to anyone. His pricing is very reasonable. We appreciate him so much. He's the man to call if you have any pest problems.

Alan is more than just a “Bugman.” Alan is a wonderful person with a big heart of gold. It pains me to have moved away from the area. I miss the conversations we had as I strolled alongside him while he was performing his service. He is always 100% honest, genuine and caring towards me and my concerns relating to the pests he was there to treat against. His pricing is more than reasonable, I feel like his price is a steal compared to the value he brings. If anything, I encourage him to charge more - 100% worth it, even at double the price. I cannot recommend Alan enough. I have no problem vouching for him as a person or him as a service provider.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. He came out to treat an ant issue, but instead of just doing a quick service that wouldn’t last, he was honest and told me it wouldn’t be effective long term. He took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done outside to prep the yard and treat the root of the problem. What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to check in and gave even more advice once we started seeing improvement. That kind of honesty and willingness to help, even when there’s no immediate profit, is rare. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful.

So happy to have found this company! I chatted with Allen by phone to describe our problem (carpenter ants and bees in our log cabin). He communicated well before and after his visit. He treated what he could and didn't do any treatments that would harm our neighbor's beehives. He made recommendations for things we can do to repel the carpenter bees ourselves without impacting the neighbor's bees. His fee was very reasonable, especially considering our place is quite a ways out. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness about protecting the native bee population. Will definitely call Allen whenever we need help with pests in the future.

The best in the area!

I real appreciated them coming to my house after hours. I had a black snake come into my house and I was scared. He and his wife came up and made my night much better. I would recommend them to anyone because they didn't have to come on a Saturday night to help me. They were a god sent my angels when I needed them. Sending blessings to them and their business.

Allen came out within just about an hour from the time we called him! We had a wasp nest up at the peak of our roof and he sprayed it and took it down. He was very professional, knowledgeable about wasps, and polite. We highly recommend him!

Allen Thompson (the Bug-Off business owner) came by the house yesterday to give me an overview and estimate. Today he treated the exterior and gave me a lot of tips on keeping the pests at bay. He is extremely thorough, priced reasonably, conscientious in his craft, and very personable. He's earned my business for sure!

Great experience! Allen is great at what he does and goes that extra mile. He sprayed and got rid of some wasps that were around my house, and put together a tool in order for him to be able to reach a nest that was at the top of my house. Although it looked very difficult to remove, he got it done! Appreciate his quick response to my call. I was so impressed that I had him add me to his list of recurring seasonal customers.
