We hired Monumental Pest Control for a squirrel problem in our attic, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Bruno, the inspector, came out promptly, thoroughly assessed the situation, and clearly explained the recommended solution. The squirrel issue was resolved within just a couple of days. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. We had a serious wasp problem around our house, so we contacted Monumental Pest Control. Bruno came out, carefully inspected the property, located the areas where the wasps were active, and explained exactly how the problem would be treated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly! The treatment worked, and our wasp problem was quickly resolved. We’re extremely happy with the results

Called Monumental Pest and was able to schedule next day bee nest inspection; scheduling was quick and easy over the phone, office staff was kind and helpful. Chris conducted the inspection and answered all my questions about the bee removal process and cost. He also walked the yard with me to check for other possible bee hideouts and only suggested additional services when I inquired about other insect treatments. By the time he left the house I already had contact from the office staff about scheduling for bee eviction. The next day Carroll arrived, explained the bee eviction process and immediately got to work. He answered all my very many questions and only when I inquired did he suggest other services provided by Monumental. After a thorough question and answer chat to include pet safety after treatments, I felt comfortable about beginning the quarterly pest treatment which he started on the same day. Excellent! Cameron and Chun worked hard for almost 7 hours, most of which was spent in the crawl space, replacing rodent damaged insulation, sealing access points and installing barrier screening to keep the mice and snakes out (yeah we had a big snake in the basement). They also sprayed for bugs and reinforced around the 3 garage doors. They were respectful and left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend the Monumental Pest Control Team, we got an estimate in 1 day, and they came out to work the day after we accepted the quote. The price was reasonable for the amount of work involved.

Jordan came out and did a thorough investigation of our whole house, inside and out. Cameron and Chun performed the trapping and treating. The whole team is very professional and friendly! The longterm solutions for pest prevention and management sets this team apart from the inferior competition we’ve dealt with in the past. My only complaint is that they aren’t willing to remove the bear that’s been hiding in our basement.

Mike and Ron were fantastic! They took care of the raccoons that had gotten into the attic space. They were professional, on time, and so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very happy with service from this company! Both the inspector and wildlife specialist Dominic Bright were professional, friendly, and more than happy to answer my questions about the process. We had two families of squirrels in the attic, who had chewed a large hole in our rake board. Dominic set the trap exit door and they squirrels were out in about a day. When within a few days the squirrels made another attempt in a different part of the board Dominic made time to come to our home again to take care of that as well and it was covered in the warranty. Monumental was recommended to me by a roofing company contracted to fix the rake boards, and I can see why! They are fast, knowledgeable and efficient!

My husband was skeptical and kind of gave me a hard time. It's only been a couple of months now, and he's already said, "I have to hand it to you, that pest control company you hired has made a huge difference." It's astonishing, really. Monumental Pest goes above and beyond to make homes and commercial offices pest and rodent free! Carroll is amazing and always takes his time to ensure the job is done correctly. Just had my first quarterly pest inspection with Mike and Will this morning, and they were absolutely fabulous! Both were very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain the products and services. They even let me walk around with my hair looking a mess—smiles and all! 😂 Highly recommend them both!

This company came recommended in my community Facebook page by several people. I called because they provided a free assessment of my problem (turned out to be a squirrel in my attic that got in there through a damaged ridge vent) and could schedule me immediately (who wait until next Monday to get rid of a squirrel scratching at 5a). Several other companies charged a $75 fee and only credited to the cost of services which made me leery because what if I didn't need anything done? Or needed something done they couldn't do? Aside from eliminating my squirrel problem, every single person that came out to help was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to work where they do. And if they didn't know something they said I don't know but provided me with info where I find out. I think that's important because people do a better job when they are happy and healthy. I also appreciate that their colors are pink and none of the guys had any issue showing pink love :) all around great service but more importantly great and knowledgeable people. Thank you guys!
