The gentleman who treated my house never called or texted before arriving. I just stepped out of tbe shower when I heard the doorbell. Luckily, he happened to be there 15 minutes later. He claimed he treated my backyard but he did not. I asked him about that and he said that unless I wanted more ants showing up that it was best not to. He also said that he treated mulch. There is no mulch. He said he treated the eaves. That is not possible unless he has a very tall ladder and I did not see one i

Aaron came out to our home today and he was extremely professional, friendly and reassuring. He was able to explain everything to us in detail and answered every (there were many) question. I will follow up with an update on the resolution, but so far we are very pleased with the service call today and our technician/exterminator. Update: As of today no entryways have been located or blocked. Yes, the technician was nice but how could he miss all the points of entry that we had to figure out on
