Alber M. arrived expecting to find termites, which we thought we had. He determined that we instead had flying ants, and methodically confirmed that, and then treated our home for the correct pest. He has served us before and he is great with barking dogs, and is a an all around pro. I'm grateful for Alber and Mitchell and their expertise.

Martin was fantastic! We've had rodent issues on and off for a few years and cannot figure out the source -- we've used many companies. He came in and figure it out within 15 mins - very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I've been with Mitchell Pest for few years. In general, they've been responsive, unfortunately they were not doing a good job last year. As a result, we've had to live with bugs inside the house since last fall until recently. This year instead, for the second and the third service for mosquitos I've got overcharged. Talking to customer representative, Mitchell, he told me that the price increased but I wasn't notified. However, because I've been with them for a while he offered to keep the older price.

Awful. 👎 Do not use this company. Promised a service on the phone and didn’t deliver, talked to them today, promised the same and didn’t deliver. I wanted to believe in them, but awful. I wanted to give “0” stars but review wouldn’t let me.

As usual Mitchell have done a great service, Alber was great and did everything we asked. Thanks folks.

On top of that, he has great customer communication skills. i.e. he told us of every step he would perform and what to expect the hornets reaction would be. It was spot on!! Also performed a very thorough complementary home termite inspection with no issues.
