I was very pleased with the service. They only removed the branches, on a beautiful Cheery tree in my front yard, that were overgrowing onto my roof and an adjacent home. Pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely no attempt to upsell the service and harm the tree.

I appreciate the care - leaving my front yard in better shape than when they found it! DTS provided stump grinding services for me. After taking care of the stump, the gentleman raked the ground and used a leaf blower to clear the debris from my driveway and front stoop. Secondly, I was able to talk to the arborist about all my concerns. These are good people to work with.

I had a large black cherry tree taken down and another tree trimmed. The entire process was quick and easy. Donegan’s was quick to respond to my initial request and came out to give an estimate within a couple days, then they had the quote ready the next morning, and the work was scheduled shortly after that. The quote was nearly half(!) of another tree service I had come out. On the day of the work, the crew showed up on time, got straight to work and were done before I knew it. The tree was in a tight spot: growing into a fence and very close to both my and my neighbors houses. The guys took the tree down without any issues whatsoever. I’d definitely recommend Donegan’s Tree Service.

The team at Donegan’s is friendly and fantastic. They were faster, more thorough, and less expensive than the other top-rated tree services I met with. They came out the morning after I called to assess my tree, provided lots of information and recommendations, followed up fast with a quote, had the utility company mark everything, and did a great job removing the tree, grinding the stump, and cleaning up. They accomplished what other services said wasn’t possible by removing the stump so I can plant something new. It was an excellent experience.

3 Days ago we had a very windy day with sustained high winds and gusts. I have a large tree in my front yard between my house and my neighbor's fence that was splitting down the middle, popping and cracking, and was in danger of breaking either direction on either my home or the fence. This was late on a Friday afternoon, and I looked online for a local tree service, called a couple of places, and did not get a call back from anyone until I called Donegan's Tree Service. Although they had received a lot of calls that day, Jim Donegan himself not only answered the call, but was here the next morning (Saturday) at 8:00 am to assess the situation. He sent his crew out this morning (Monday), and they took the tree down, cleaned up the area, and hauled the wood away. They are also going to take care of the large stump, and handled calling Miss Utility to make sure no underground lines get damaged. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for tree maintenance, stump removal, or handling an emergency tree situation as I had. Donegan's Tree Service performed and excellent job of removing out dying plum tree. Mike was very helpful in suggesting replacement landscaping and advice on our existing trees. The crew was prompt, on time and professional. We highly recommend their services. Prices were very reasonable.

Recently received an estimate and chose to work with Donegan's Tree Service. The people that work there actually care. They were respectful of my time (showed up when they said they would), were very pleasant to deal with (clear and timely communication) and very fair priced. Again, the crew (Justin and team)showed up when I expected them to and reviewed the expected work with me before starting. The work was verified complete with me and they performed above my expectations I will be a repeat customer if the need arises in the future.
