Charlie just finished his visit today, first time home buyer here and was seeing a little bit more spider activity in our basement than we were comfortable with. Charlie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was great around my dog. When scheduling an appointment, I received a call on a Sunday night, which was unexpected but very much appreciated.
