Matthew and I talked by phone to see if I had any special areas of concern, and explained to me what and where he would spray. He was very professional, yet friendly and answered all of my questions. I like that Elevate has the program that works well for me, and they are willing to come do touch-ups in between scheduled visits if I see that there is a problem. So far so good! UPDATE: Quinten did a touch-up for me today (03/25/26). He was thorough, considerate & accommodating as always. :) ------------------------- UPDATE: Quinten (main Tech) & Bryan (in training) serviced my home today (Jan. 13, 2026). They were both kind, considerate, thorough, professional, & enjoyable to talk to. Five stars. :) ------------------------- UPDATE: Zac did the touch-up service on my home (Oct 7, 2025), & while I was unable to answer the door, he took the initiative to treat the outside of my home as scheduled anyway (which I appreciated). Before I ever had a chance to request certain areas be covered, his text detailed those very areas as places he treated without needing to be asked. That was impressive to me, & whether that was due to his own intuition or directions from the last tech's notes of what areas needed the touch-up, I appreciated that Zac followed through with it and let me know when he was done. 5 stars for him too. :) ------------------- UPDATE: Matthew W. took care of my quarterly maintenance on Sept. 30, 2025. He was professional & thorough, payed special attention to specific problem areas I had both inside & outside my home, & while he did spray the outside, since it was raining at the time & was not letting up, he went the extra mile & set me up with a follow-up service on a day the rain wouldn't be an issue (in case the rain washed away any of the product he sprayed) to make sure my home got the proper coverage it needed. I felt like he knew what he was doing & it was nice that I didn't need to remind him to go over any areas because he was careful not to miss anything. I appreciated his help very much. :) 5 Stars. -------------------- UPDATE: Jackson Du Bose was the tech that did a touch-up up on my home this time (July 10, 2025). First impression was great as he listened thoroughly, asked engaging questions, & acted on the answers I gave him, with careful consideration to every area I was concerned about. He was honest & thorough (two factors I pay close attention to when working with any company), & represented Elevate Pest Control in a high-quality manner. Leimoni was the rep who got me set up with Pest Control services to begin with, thoroughly & patiently answering every single question I had over the course of multiple days to make sure I felt good about my decision to move forward with Elevate Pest Control. I appreciated that he did not try to rush my decision & sell me something just for the sake of a sale. He addressed each of my concerns & made me feel heard by being understanding & accommodating my specific needs. He has been kind & professional with every interaction & genuinely seems to care about the customers. Sean S. was the tech that treated my home today (03/25/2025). He was kind & professional, making sure the main problem areas I was concerned about were taken care of. I did hope for a full yard treatment as I thought the service included treatment of the full property from the fence line, inward, but that could have been my own misunderstanding. At least the main concerns I had were treated well: the inside & outsides of my home, garage & shed, which Sean was thorough to get around windows & accommodated me with specific areas I wanted sprayed. I feel better already knowing that was done & hope all the hype I've heard about product effectiveness is true. As this was the first treatment I've had from their company, I guess we'll find out. Overall though, they are nice, open, & honest individuals.

Our son signed us up for this last summer for our cabin. We understood that they would take care of all Pests. We have a service which we’ve been using for years at our primary residence. They service us once a month and take care of.ALL pests Indoors and out. They schedule an appointment and come when they say they will. We have never had a billing problem. They tell us what pets we have and what they’ve done about it.If we have a problem, they come out and take care of it with no additional charge. Elevate, does not take care of hardly anything, Though when they Solicited to Service our property, they said they would take care of it all. At the time, my son had been spraying for mosquitoes, I had just laid down insecticide around the edge of the Cabin, outbuildings, Wood, pile, and fire pit. He had previously put out Decon traps in out buildings, window, wells, and throughout the Cabin in strategic places. The representative told him we would no longer have to be concerned about Any of that and they would take care of it. He Understood the cost would be $139 A month. He was on the phone talking to me while the Elevate representative was with him. Though that is more than I pay at our primary residence and in addition get indoor service, I agreed to that amount because it was in a recreational area. No, the cost is $139 every two weeks. They do not do much of anything. We had already set out Plenty of Decon, which had taken Of our rodent problem. I have not seen that they have done anything better. In fact, only one time this summer had anyone ever seen them. Turns out, they don’t spray from mosquitoes and less you pay an exorbitant amount. Since mosquitoes are a big problem, we told them we would pay to spray our property and my brother-in-law‘s next-door. By the time they finally showed up, this summer was at its hottest point, and there were a few mosquitoes. They did not spray my brother-in-law‘s, although we had paid them to do it. My daughter was there at the time, they had said they would come a week earlier when my son was there, but did not show up. They obviously do not communicate well with each other, because they did not know they were supposed to do my brother-in-law‘s property Which they could have easily recognized on a map. They should have had a work order to do both. They ask my daughter what our property line was, and she showed them. When I brought that to the attention of the office, they have given me the runaround for weeks And said they would need a time to look into it. When I contacted them, I explained, I either needed them to spray within the next couple of days as there were very few mosquitoes at this time of year, which they were well aware of, or make some other compensation back to us. In the meantime, they had already received the money from direct payment of my bank. Like a few times before, I received a bill with the notification that they would be charging interest. They finally did sent me a notification that I had zero balance. However, other issues have not been resolved. Last year, I paid them through my bank, received a notification of non-payment. Talk to them. Thought perhaps I had been confused and sent them a payment in the mail. I told them that I had done that and that they would need to credit me. Never heard back. I told them I wanted notification of every time they are on my property and exactly what they did. Though I have been charged, the only notification I received is when they only serviced my property for practically nonexistent, mosquitoes, but did not service my brother-in-law‘s. After Waiting several weeks, I have heard nothing from Them, and so email them stating I no longer wanted nor would pay for their services. I would not recommend them In any circumstances.

We scheduled them to come on Wednesday at 11:00. We confirmed it with the salesman, and confirmed it again, just to make sure. Then the office called and we confirmed it again with the office. Wednesday 11:00 came and nobody showed. Finally, after 12:00 noon, I called and was told that they had it scheduled for Thursday. Unfortunately, we were going to be gone Thursday. I guess my question is, why confirm it if they're going to change the date anyway? 2025 update: We stuck with Elevate and gave them another chance. I paid the technician after he finished spraying. Two weeks later we get a bill. I called and told them that I had paid the technician with a check that day. They claimed they never received it. Later on that day they called and said that they found it in the truck. The technician left it there and then left for vacation or something. Well, it has happened again. Paid with a check right after he finished spraying. In today's mail, two weeks later, there's another bill from Elevate for the service I had already paid for. Personally, this organization doesn't seem very professional. Thinking very seriously about cancelling. I mean, how many chances do you need?

After the first treatment, I was good with the results... except the grasshoppers, which is conveniently a separate charge even though that was first on my list, along with elm seed beetles. The second treatment apparently was only for wasps. The elm seed beetles and mosquitoes were not even sprayed for. I've spent as much spraying myself as the service is costing me... Elevate is pathetic, as soon as I can get out of the contract I will never use Elevates service again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Elevate has lost our trust. We have used them for a few years and had consistent problems. From billing to technicians not showing up to preform the service. My technician was supposed to show up yesterday. We never saw him/her, but we did get billed. Our home seems like it is more and more bug friendly and when we call to request service we either cannot get through or are notified that the technician must have missed us. We also get late payment notifications on a regular basis even though we are set up on autopay. When we do get someone on the phone they do not seem to know what is going on and really don't have any solutions to offer.

I really don't recall the last time I did business with any company that was as sleazy as these people, I contracted with them for a series of pest control applications mostly for hobo spiders (I live next to large fields), wasps and box elder bugs. The initial spraying was $95 with 2 follow ups. Being early summer the box elder bugs were not an issue. The first application did absolutely nothing. They also sent an email containing a list of the products they had used. Being tired of the spiders I did my own research online and found a very safe and effective product that works which is Bifen IT. It wasn't on their list. When I called and told them about it their response was "oh, we use that". They came out for a follow up spray and still nothing. Bifen IT was also not on the list of products they used this time either. On their third visit I was told that the "technician" would be there after 4:00 p.m. I planned my day to be home at that time. No one showed up. I received an email the next day that stated the their "technician" was at my house at 12:30 the previous day and that he sprayed the foundation perimeter. My wife was outside in the yard all day and saw no one. The contract I agreed to stated: "In the event of continuous pest activity Elevate will return and re-treat affected areas at no charge. If you are not completely satisfied after receiving no fewer than two re-treatments between regular services, Elevate will credit your account equal to the amount of your last regular service charge." When I called to cancel and request a refund I was told it was granted. After a full week of no credit on my credit card account I called again. I was told that they waived the $150 cancellation fee but would not receive a refund of the original $95. Upon further complaining by me they told me that the $95 refund would be credited to my credit card. Ten days later and I'm still waiting. I guess I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Shouldn't be a problem taking that route but what a hassle. Again I reiterate, Elevate Pest Control is run by nothing more than dishonest crooks.

Horrible communication between Tax and office staff. They put mouse traps in my house told me they’d come back once a month to check them and they never did I’d have to call every time and when I did I got rude people saying different things. I had to reschedule a couple different services and they would still show up on the original date and sit and argue with me and say that the office didn’t tell them that I rescheduled. They also serviced a friend of mine And they canceled and still try to charge them and say they came and service the house and property but they never did and they sent them to collections. Do not recommend this company. They say if you’re not happy about the service they would refund you but they won’t

They were working on neighbour's house. The worker kept trespassing into my yard to get to neighbour's. They sprayed chemicals on tools and building materials I had out working on my house. When I asked the worker to not come on my property he got huffy. I would not recommend this company if this is the quality of service you receive.

I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and disorganization of this company. I called to cancel our account after I was left unimpressed with the services that were rendered and there were spiders and other pests everywhere. (Yes I know that a treatment can bring them out, but then after several days I was told that it would get better.) I called 3 different times before I was actually able to speak with a person. Finally once I spoke with a person I was told my account was cancelled and there would be no cancellation fees. A few weeks later I was informed that a technician was coming to perform services. I immediately responded that our account was cancelled and I did not want the technician to come. I was never responded too. So I called again to see what was going on. After calling 4 times I finally got ahold of someone to see what was going on. I was told that there was a specific person working on my account and that she would call me when she came into the office the next day. I never received that phone call. Then I received notification that the technician came to do the quarterly services that I specifically said I did not want. I then received notification from my bank that my card was charged. So I called immediately to take care of the problem. I called another several times before I was able to speak to a person. I was told again they had no record of me cancelling my account. Honestly it felt as though I was deliberately being held responsible for cancelling my account after being ignored, charged for something I didn’t want, and told I was wrong. I would never recommend this company and want to warn others of the lack of organization and response so that they don’t get ignored like I did.

I also had the lawn care. I was very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them. They had a part in the lawn care that they would do a touch up if the first spraying was not sufficient. I called for a redo as first spraying was inadequate. They cancelled the appointment and had the boy come another day. That boy was obviously disgusted about being there and then his equipment wouldn't work. I knew they were to come soon to spray for insects and suggested they come together to get the job completed. He agreed yet it's been a month and I have heard nothing from the company. The communication between the customer and the company is very poor and though most of the techs were friendly, they were less than thorough. They were also more costly than other companies. Other customers in my area have the same complaints. I would not recommend them to anyone.
