I would give them 0 stars if I could. Salesman lie to you to get you to sign up. I was told the service was $52 for each treatment. Only for them to charge you $52 each month and only want to come out every 3 months. So each treatment is basically +$150. Horrible business practices. Not to mention room I still have a wasp, grasshopper and box elder bug infestation around my home.

Mike was excellent. Explained everything he did to protect our home.

They did a good job with spraying the inside and outside of the house as well as sprinkling it in the lawn.

I’m not at all happy with today’s service. The technician narrative states that the foundation was sprayed 3 feet up and 3 feet out, the house eves were cleaned of spiderwebs and that the yard was granulated for bugs and ants. None of which is true. The tech did make a half hearted attempt at spraying the foundation…certainly not 3 feet up and out. The eves were not cleaned which is evidenced by spiderwebs with small bugs in them on the upper eave and many more webs along the lower foundation around doors and pipes. There is no evidence of granules being applied to the yard. In fact there is no way he did all that in the very short time he was at my property. I have video of him spraying around the front porch as he started, after he filled his tank with water at my hose. Then 3 minutes later I received a text from him that he had completed the service and was gone. This is absolutely NOT the service I signed up for. This will be the last service from you for our home. Please cancel my service.

Very professional. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Thorough work and they got rid of a huge wasp nesftaat in our screen frame.

We recently moved and made a simple phone call to have them transfer over to our new location. Mike Spoonmoore and his colleague were able to answer all our questions and get us taken care of. Great company to work with!

Great friendly service gave extra care

He was very professional and listened to my concerns and took care of the needs we currently had.

Communication was very difficult. Messages & calls from many numbers. Salesman oversold Services provided. Frequent contact to upsell additional services. Requested call at least 24 hours in advance of service and rarely received it. How to speak with an "account representative" to cancel services and still have not received the requested written confirmation of cancellation. Do not reco.mend.

Lawrence was careful to explain what he had done. He was courteous, on-time, efficient. Would like for Lawrence to become our "regular" technician.

Mike called before he came over and took time to walk around the house with me which I really appreciated as we have herbs around the house and don't want those sprayed. Our garage is a mess but he also offered to come in and spray areas he could reach which we appreciated because we've been seeing some spiders. Was very attentive to our specific needs

We had John service our house today and he did a great job. He was very thorough with his inspection and treatment application. He was very respectful and polite. We were on a tight schedule so he called ahead of time to make sure we’d be able to be serviced.

Drey did an amazing service today. Showed up on time, was courteous and very thorough in the treatment of the office spaces. BRD customer service is willing to meet my needs at the different locations with both time and day.
