I had an unexpected issue with squirrels running laps around my house in the soffit. As entertaining as it was, I needed them to be relocated. 307 Pest was super responsive and timely in coming to my home to assess and come up with a great plan to protect and save the squirrels as well as working with the roofing company to seal up the space to keep others from taking up space in the soffit. Highly recommend this company for wildlife removal and remediation. We had a woodpecker hole and nest in our siding and well as other bird damage. They responded quickly with a phone call then a thorough site inspection. I received a detailed explanation of the issues and a detailed estimate of suggested work to fix existing damage and install bird deterrents. Amazing service. PC came to do my service today, saw the Night Shift notice on the door (only thing I had to put up because the baby was sleeping) and he didn’t knock. When I met him outside he asked about any activity and actively listened. Before I went back inside he said to call if I saw any and he would be back. I love this crew. They are friendly, helpful, and respectful. I am so glad that we found them and I don’t dread ‘Spray Days.’
