This company is a scam, STAY AWAY. We noticed more than 1 (at one point THREE) charges of $50+ to our bank account every month in the 6 months since we signed up. They came for an initial spray and never returned. No one answers phone calls or emails. We finally filed charge backs with our bank and blocked them from pulling any more payments. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and provides a service that makes life so much easier for solar panel owners. Stetson is awesome! He was professional and kind with everting involving the initial process of scheduling, how everything worked, talking about payments, etc. I recommended this company to get rid of your sky rats under your solar panels from that experience. But today, I’d give 10 stars if I could! There was an issue with my payment, I reached out and got a response in about 10 minutes, he got to the bottom of it, gave me updates, and fixed it. Brian is very professional, he just came out to my house for a retreatment for spiders without a second thought. he is very personable and is genuinely concerned for your home and the little critters that invade. We have used various companies for pest control and he is priced to beat them. i wont use anyone else moving forward. i highly recommend him for all your pest control needs. this review is an honest representation of an actual customer.
