i would have been happier to have had a time frame for his visit. He did not come until 7:30 that evening. I also said he should not have been scheduled so late. I felt unhappy because I had to decline a fun invitation with a friend to wait for him. Some companies give me a time frame of 2 hours, some 4 hours. We've used Tutts for aeration and pest control for a couple years now. They send out a text message to schedule the appointment with a time window in advance. It's great that they knock on the door as a courtesy to let you know when they're on site doing the treatment. They also send an email receipt afterward that confirms payment.
