Tech was very rude and was difficult to talk with or ask questions to. He showed up an hour early and wouldn't let us finish putting our things away before he started spraying, and just started spraying with us in the room still or places I asked him not to yet. It was all pretty upsetting and felt a little violating he couldn't be bothered to listen to us when we asked him to wait a second. I contacted 6 companies , to reviewed my gopher problem. Most offered a their service without asking any questions. Some had a flat rate without knowing what was happening. I’ve now using Chris for 5-years. We had a problem with mice in our house in Sandy, UT. We used an initial pest extermination company and it didn’t resolve the problem. Since using Pestmaster we haven’t had a mouse problem. We’ve continued to use Chris to minimize wasps, mice, and spiders and he done a great job! I highly recommend Pestmaster and Chris for pest control.

We have used Chris at Pestmaster for many many years now. He has always been very thorough and we have never had a problem with bugs or insects ever. This speaks volumes as our unfinished basement is quite full of things at the moment and you’d think we would have a spider problem but we never have. We will never go anywhere else.
