Update: the last two times Jacob has come out and he has been great! He really listens and resolves issues so they end quickly. I have had some great techs with this place over the last 2 years but more recently the last guy that came out didn’t do a great job, they quoted me “lifetime guaranteed barriers” for the minute gaps in the garage door which are firstly quite ugly and secondly they can’t be bothered to send a tech out when a snake gets through this supposed barrier ! We have been very pleased with Mosquito Shield and its owner, Joe. Our house backs up to a green belt belt and we would not be able to enjoy our backyard without Joe’s service. In addition, Joe is very accommodating and thoughtful when we have outside plans and ask him to adjust the timing of his services. Also, the Mosquito Shield techs who provide the services are very professional.

Kaleb went above and beyond today. He communicated with me the entire time, let me know exactly when he’d arrive, and was already on location waiting when I got home. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. I don’t want anyone else servicing my house. Kaleb is the only tech I want going forward. Five stars all day.

Parker did a fantastic job servicing my house today. He listened as I explained the problems I was seeing (spiders), and then he took action using everything in his “arsenal” to get it under control. I’ve had several techs service my house at various times in the last year, and Parker has been the best by far!
