I was faced with an ant infestation in my 31-year-old son's bedroom today. Since he has autism, the situation was particularly frightening and anxiety-inducing for him. I called Romney first thing this morning and was told a technician would arrive at noon. No one arrived at that time, and customer service was initially confused about my reservation, though they eventually found me on the schedule for a later slot today. To be honest, this 5-star review is not for the scheduling department—it is specifically for the young man who serviced our home, Xavier Francis. Once I explained our unique situation, Xavier went above and beyond to ensure that he would come out to help us. He was exceptionally empathetic, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He clearly explained every step of the process, instantly putting both my son and me at ease, and quickly resolved the issue. Kinda frustrated with this this company. I believe it was the manager that we interacted with in the begginning for setting up for rodent extermination. He has amazing customer service. They set up traps on the first visit and were great. I was told "the office" would call us to set up to check the traps. Nobody ever called. I followed up and they weren't able to come out right away. So I had to take the dead rats out of my own attic. They came out to the house finally saying it was a final inspection. This was the first time they've checked the traps. The lady who showed up assured us it was not a final. She told us "the office" would follow up to schedule.... nobody followed up. I called to set up the next appointment. Again, they told me this was a final.... I explained, that we were told the traps would be checked until we had no rats. Why is this another final? She laughed and blamed it on "the office". All I know is the girl who comes out is great. The manager was great but whoever works at "the office" for scheduling is not. Or maybe is the communication from field to office. It needs some work. Im not saying to not go with them compared to other companies but expect that your gonna have to lead the charge when it comes to scheduling.

If you want a company to show up and do what you want THIS IS NOT THEM! The first two times were great then I started getting emails that they showed up when they didn’t, they did our termite stuff as well (still stuck with that bill right now 😡) but they only ever baited it once. When I called and asked they said someone came out I told them they did not and I wanted to cancel everything. This was a pain as well when I stated my concerns she told me she would have someone come and walk things with me and explain what they found. Surprise that never happened! Someone came out and sprayed the outside left. Oh and they will never tell you when they are coming either. You will get an email 3 days before with no time window so be prepared to stay home until they come if you want the interior of your home sprayed. They left a mouse trap in the garage when we were having an issue and said they would be back in a week and nope. So many issues not enough time.

Be careful when you cancel the service. They ignored my cancellation emails and now keep sending me outstanding balances. The lady on the phone told me she will delete the balances but nothing happened. They make it very hard to cancel.

We developed a pretty crazy Flea invasion. Wade came and sprayed and within 24 hrs All but gone. Scheduled a follow up a coue weeks later just to be sure though.
