Noah was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. The service was thorough, the pricing was fair, and he made sure all our concerns were addressed. Great experience all around—highly recommend Campbell’s Pest Control Inc.!

This company is not to trust. They were hired by our home insurance company. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between them but I do know they charged almost $400 just to come out and treat mosquitos. Their tech. also wanted to charge me almost $200 to spray the outside when the insurance company had told them to spray for both inside and out(I have proof). The technician was also over two hours late from the scheduled time. Now that I need them to come back out is when they told me they only treated for mosquitos and not for everything else I had asked the insurance company which is not their fault I understand maybe a miscommunication but the fact that you charge that much just to treat for mosquitos is insane to me and now from my understanding they want to charge more to come out a second time when it is suppose to be free within the 30 days from the first service. Just be ware that if your insurance company hires them they are going to charge extra and the cap on your insurance won’t cover everything. Very pricey and no reliable tech in my book. Update 06/06/2024-I changed my review to a 3 star. This is a follow up from my last review after the owner replied. I gave an extra star because the second time around that the same tech was sent out to retreat he was on time and has been overall professional and respectful. Even after a rocky start he has always maintain his professionalism and I appreciate that. Now to answer the owner to his ugly reply...like I stated the first time there was A LOT of miscommunication between your staff and my insurance company. Nothing I can do in my part when your staff is telling me one thing and my insurance company tells me another. The reason I gave you a two star was because of the unprofessionalism and the way your tech first came out charging me when I had agreed on something else with my insurance company. He was OVER two hours late! No excuse there. Now on how much you charged my insurance company I will never know. There's always two sides to the story and the truth. I was the customer at the end of the day and your staff doesn't overall know how to handle situations like that. But it's ok I understand that sometimes things like this happen. There was NO lies I ever told I just reviewed it from my experience and overall opinion. No need to get your panties in a bunch! P.S. I apologize for the typo grammar police! But I will make sure not to pass along the "special code" ;)

There is a lot of missing details and fabrication to this story and I’m not one to let these lies and false information as a review go not responded to <br>I’ve been on business for 26 years and that doesn’t happen by doing clients wrong or by doing bad work <br><br>1. We charge the warranty company roughly $300.00 plus tax to treat inside the home and all the outside of the property more than fair price in today market <br>2. When we had the first appointment it was inside only per your warranty company, after you refused my tech access to your home and wasted that time slot, we made the call for you to see if they would approve the outside treatment for mosquitoes and then called and reset you for another appointment <br>3. We give all clients a 2 hour window for a schedule because of Houston traffic and other issues that can arise also, your warranty company sent you a 4 hour window that you were emailed and we were copied on too <br>4. The work order clearly says mosquitoes in living room and kitchen only and now you (also the real reason of this false review) are wanting roaches, worms, spiders, gnats and more treated for free and that’s not how this works but it was between you and your warranty company to solve not my business but the work you were requesting is an additional cost for service <br>5. You are already set up for a follow up service for mosquitoes and were scheduled before this review <br><br>To warn people to beware of a local family owned and ran business that has been servicing Houston and surround areas for over 2 decades without presenting all the facts is a person to not trust in my book <br><br>———————————————————-<br>BUT we will offer a 10% discount on any pest control services if you mention the review and say the discounted code word “BEWARE” <br>Thanks <br>Chris Campbell <br>Owner <br>
The quality of service, the professionalism and workmanship we've received exceeds the 5 stars. I want to specifically call out our technician, James, who deserves special recognition for his customer service. He is a big reason we are so happy with Campbell's.
Had Campbells come out to fix a pool water pump. They were honest with me and they dealt fairly with me and the warranty company. While they were out on a call, they fixed another issue I had with my pool. They do great work and are honest...which is in short supply now days.
Update: the last two times Jacob has come out and he has been great! He really listens and resolves issues so they end quickly. I have had some great techs with this place over the last 2 years but more recently the last guy that came out didn’t do a great job, they quoted me “lifetime guaranteed barriers” for the minute gaps in the garage door which are firstly quite ugly and secondly they can’t be bothered to send a tech out when a snake gets through this supposed barrier ! Their customer service has dropped dramatically lately
I would definitely use Campbell's Pest Control again. It was my first time using their services and I had a great experience overall. Tim came out to inspect my ant problem and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We have been loyal to the Campbells service for 3 years now and recommend them to all our friends and family. They do an incredible service and are very reliable and trustworthy. We are enjoying our mosquito system and have been bug free all summer (which is saying a lot in Houston!).
Would recommend this pest control company to ANYONE! Great service and even better people. Chris Campbell is an absolute beast getting rid of the unwanted critters/bugs in and around your home. And ask him about their mosquito misting system installs. Game-changers!!

Campbell has been on pest control since we moved to the area. The home we moved into had a German Roach problem that we struggled with. After a supervisor came out he was able to tell us about the treatment to get ride of them. And they have not come back.
Great local business! Always on time with no issues!
Don't use this company! They have sprayed our home multiple times and it has done nothing. Now we're out of warranty apparently and they want more money. Don't say your spray is 100% effective when it's not. We will not be giving this company any more of our business.

Be aware of the auto renewal without a notice. I always forgot about scheduling quarterly treatment and I was never reminded by the company. When the technician came recently without scheduling beforehand I was surprised that I was taken good care of my treatment schedule this quarter, which turned out that they started a new year contract without scheduling notice and came directly for the treatment.

We have agreements with all our clients that says we will treat the outside perimeter of your home if we are unable to reach you for an inside treatment so that your house is protected, and you stay in your maintenance agreement<br>With this you also receive free resprays if you have problems in between your scheduled service treatments<br>It also says the agreement will continue unless you notify us you no longer want service from our company<br>We have doing business this way for 24 years and is nothing new<br>Not sure why the complaint on protecting your home from pest<br>We have now canceled your service and we wish you the best of luck in the future<br>Thanks<br>Chris Campbell
Charged me too much for what very little was done. Tech walked around for maybe 10-15 minutes hand-sprinkling something on the grass and beds. Supposedly treated some azaleas with about a half handful of something for all 4 bushes. Said he was coming back in 7 days to check up on it, he didn't. He ruined a brand new hose by screwing a sprinkler on it so hard it can never be removed.

Campbells Pest Control has a new customer for life!!! Its a holday weekend and they were not only able to schedule me but they got me taken care of with absolute professional service and treatment!!
