Parker did a fantastic job servicing my house today. He listened as I explained the problems I was seeing (spiders), and then he took action using everything in his “arsenal” to get it under control. I’ve had several techs service my house at various times in the last year, and Parker has been the best by far!

I had these guys for a month. They were the first to bother me when I moved in, had amazing reviews and the guy was extremely nice… he gave me a great discount on the price and even offered some free services to included. However he never mentioned a contract, their products didn’t help as bugs were still everywhere since it’s a new build and when I went to cancel apparently I had a 12 or 18 month contract that will cost $350 to break. Hidden contracts will always be the sketchiest thing a business can have so I decided to buy out my contract and will never recommend them to anyone. Now with HAWX:/

All of our technicians will go over a welcome letter with new customers that outlines the frequency and length of agreement. Which you signed off on as correct. Kaleb went above and beyond today. He communicated with me the entire time, let me know exactly when he’d arrive, and was already on location waiting when I got home. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. I don’t want anyone else servicing my house. Kaleb is the only tech I want going forward. Five stars all day.
