Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Our landlord called this company and gave approval for pest control service. I then received a voicemail from Carmen attempting to schedule, so I called back multiple times, each time only getting through to an agent named John, who was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. He repeatedly refused to assist me, insisting there was “nothing in the system” for our address. When I asked to speak with Carmen (who had just called me), literally anyone else, or a supervisor, he refused. When I asked how to file a complaint, he refused again. When I told him his behavior was rude and he didn't seem to be even trying to help, he actually laughed. I’ve never experienced such dismissive, unprofessional service from a company that’s supposed to be coordinating with landlords and tenants. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle actual service issues. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other pest control company.

From the first call to the office to the techs who arrived at our home to deal with a pest problem , Critter Control has provided A+ customer service. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and their processes are seamless and organized. I highly recommend using Critter Control should the need arise. UPDATE: I fired this company. Missed appointments, damages to my house, left unsightly work on my 2 year old house and I’ve had to have repairs done. Not one rodent caught. Stay away from this company. Once they had the sale and set their traps, that was it. The manners on which I was told they handled and the materials I was showed pictures of that they use were all lies.

Whoever is driving, the Tacoma needs to get their license revoked you would think they would be driving a lot smarter especially since you’re driving around in your own business truck, guess not , twice almost hit us driving and no turn signal 6/30/25 75755 is the work truck #

Don't use these guys. I had them come out 3 separate times because raccoons were getting in. They didn't even cover one of the vents they were getting in through and they used terribly weak wire covers that the raccoons tore through very easily. What a waste of money. Had to have another company remedy their mistakes. They also didn't come to do any of the follow-up appointments for 5 MONTHS. It's clear these people only care about getting your money initially and not providing the promised services after the fact. USE SOMEONE ELSE people. There are too many pest control services to settle for these frauds. Reading their follow-up comments on others 1 star reviews are a joke. They want to provide the "best" service possible. Another lie.

Avoid this company. They consistently stand you up and don’t show. They were supposed to clean up the mess in the attic after the rodents were gone and did a spotty job at best. They also require you to pay $89.00 per month to keep your warranty on the $2000 spent to get rid of the rodents. They track mess all over your house and have terrible customer service. I would not ever use them again.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE! Please look somewhere else. We had a squirrel problem and was hoping someone from this company would come fix it as soon as they came out they charged $2100 just for them to set traps in the attic and we had to keep calling them to come back and fill up the holes and check on the traps that they set up. It wasn’t $2100 worth of work that they did. Btw the traps are still upstairs and they never came back to check on anything! What a waste of money. We basically paid all that money for them to put traps in our house smh
An agent came by and gave an estimate. We paid the fee. Today traps were to be set. No agent. No traps. No return call. What’s up with this??
Tracked mud and dirt on carpet, left chucks of metal and debris in gutters, and whatever they use to seal up holes around the AC leaked down onto the brick and AC pad and doesn’t come off. No attempts to clean or resolve.
Showed up quick to take the appointment and take our money. After that it’s like pulling teeth to get them to show up and finish the job and to do it right. I’d never use them again.
The customer service was horrible. They broke a water pipe, cut the casing to the fiber line but thought they cut the actual line - never followed up - knocked out the power to entire house. They moved the pavers/stepping stones in the backyard, took hose off the wall and strung it across yard. They left all of this is dissaray and broke 3 stones. Never came to put anything back. The only follow up I've had is a promise from my service person that someone would be in touch. 11 days later and not one manager has followed up with me. They did call a plumber and had the water pipe fixed. There is a big bright orange sticker on the fiber line that says buried fiber, call for location. They hit the line directly below this sticker. One manager, Mike's response was 'well we don't know if it's buried 3 or 6 inches. We just don't know. Well, maybe that's why there's a numer to call for location. All could have been made better with a simple call from someone that acted like they cared as well as someone being sent out to clean up the mess in the backyard. Never again. I do not recommend.
