The employees took a television out of my home and caused damage to the property. The treatment failed and another service was needed. Even after all this damage, and the owner Steve Melton agreeing to replace the television and give a partial refund, he has not followed through. This occurred in October and he has delayed and made excuses.

Zero stars. Do not recommend. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not get involved with them. Once they add you to their contacts, they will not answer the phone if it’s a service they won’t be paid for. You will get only texts and return voicemails. First contact with them was very good...professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, discreet. We paid half up front, they scheduled heat treatment the next day, and the treatment experience was fine. We paid the balance when they were here. Afterwards, three blinds were damaged. We replaced them and Steve said he’d reimburse us. We sent him the invoice, but it took nearly three months of constant contact attempts and excuses to finally receive reimbursement. Six months after treatment, the problem had returned. We contacted them on a Saturday (Sept 24) to exercise our warranty. Steve answered right away and said he’d call Monday morning. He didn’t. After we called and texted several times, we were told they’d come out October 6 – two weeks later. After several requests for confirmation of date and time, Steve finally texted that as far as he knew, we were confirmed. They didn’t show. They did not contact us. We texted at the end of the day and Steve said he’d check on it. Someone called later that evening and said they could come in a week. The infestation of our home with bed bugs has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The nightmare of working with this company to get rid of them has made it much worse.

Wouldn’t Recommend, He Didn’t Pay Up When Was Due & Went “Skiing” Instead .. Very Unprofessional To Use Excuse After Excuse !

I hated that we had bedbugs in our home and hated spending the money to get our home treated the week before Christmas. BUT they made it as painless as possible and spent a long time answering all the questions I had. James was very professional and thorough. Thanks!!!

Was very pleased with Adavanced. Talked with the owner, Steve, who communicated promptly whenever I had questions. Robert was the technician who performed the treatment. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, called me with updates during the treatment and again when it was complete. This is our second company to use because the first was not able to get rid of the bugs. I wish I had found them first.

Very professional and discrete! I never post reviews, but they did a great job, and those horrible bugs are gone. I hope the bugs never, ever, return, but I am relieved that we have a 2 year warranty, just in case. FYI: Do not go the pesticide route for these bugs. We tried it and it did not work. They migrated from one room to another and it costly.

This review is long over do, a few months I found this company that helped me get rid of a nightmare. We had been self treating for bed bugs for about 4 months and it was only making the situation worse. Steve came out and inspected our home and guided us through the process of getting rid of these little monsters. The day of the treatment the technician Jose did an amazing job at explaining everything. The young man took care of our problem in one day, we haven’t had a single bite or sighting of bed bugs in our home ever since the treatment. Thank you Advance Pest Services!

Steve, the owner, is professional and dedicated to solving your bed bug problem. When choosing a company, you want to insure that it stands behind its work and is committed to solving your pest problem. Look at the warranty offered. See if the level of communication is high. Bedbugs can be a challenge. This company uses propane heaters which can heat hotter, if needed, than electric heaters. Steve’s company stands out with its overall stellar reviews. Having been through more than one vendor for the service he offers, I’m able to see the quality difference.

What I appreciate most is knowing my babies are sleeping in a bug free environment and that peace of mind is priceless! Thank you

Advanced Bed Bugs is a lifesaver. Those little beasts were eating us alive, we tried everything online to get rid of them, even so called miracle sprays like Green Bean Buddy and the bed bugs only kept multiplying. Now after the heat treatment of our house we haven't seen a single one! I thought we would never get rid of them, thank God for Advanced Bed Bugs!!!!!
