Today, Mr. Gunner did our outside application from Reliant and I just love the detailed work he did for our home. My technician.is the greatest guy he saw two ant bed today in my yard got both of them taken care of, the eaves of my home and around my home. Thank you for this guy and thank Reliant Pest Management for being the best !!.😊

It's a scam and cheating, don't trust the solicting sales. I had my pest service, they came solicting , and said beat my current servide with $60 , the first one is free and cancel at any time without fee, then I noticed they only came for 10 mins to finish the job, then charged $81 for each service, when I called to cancel the service, they charged me another $80 for cancellation.

I’ve been using Reliant Pest management for several years and I’m very happy with their service. I recently had some issues with squirrels getting into our attic. Anthony came out and was able to repair several holes in my eaves and fixed my squirrel problem. Thanks, Anthony!

An absolute disregard for people! They need to teach their sales team NO SOLICITING means NO SOLICITING. Do not come on my property, do not ring my bell, and do not start talking back to me when I tell you to get off my porch. It is illegal in Comal county to trespass on a property with a NO SOLICITING sign and I’m sick of you bothering me, waking the kids, interrupting dinner and being a nuisance. When you’ve been told half a dozen times to LEAVE AND STOP TRESPASSING put it in your notes and DONT COME BACK

They hire college kids to make false promises, tell you how they're better than everyone else, and do anything to ensure you sign up for their services even offering services they don't actually provide. I was promised weed treatments for my backyard, only to find out later that they don't even offer them. Now I'm stuck with them. Avoid Reliant at all costs.

I’m using this company for the first time, and Anthony came to my house today. He provided GREAT customer service! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with the work he’s done so far. I’ll be sure to post an update once I’ve had more time to see the results!

Reliant tech applied the mosquito spray and treated my entire outside for pests. He took care of the many wasp nests, cobwebs, treated the foundation and any cracks. He let me know what he was going to do after notifying me of his arrival. Excellent service. Update: I've continued to use Reliant Pest and have been very satisfied with them. I've had to have a repeat service once due to those pesky mosquitoes. They responded quickly to my request.

So far so good. I just started with Reliant and the service seems great so far. They came out when they said they would. They looked to do the work (spraying) they said they would do and everything checks out. I will have a more clear understanding of if their service is working and if they continue to be timely once they come for my next service.

They are cheaters. I never heard of Termination Fee when i signed up for this. The sales associate hasn't told anything about it. He said i can drop off at any point of time. As the quality is very bad, when i decide not to have their service, they are charging me "Termination Fee". Neither the service is good, nor their ethics

One of the worst pest control companies that you can find in the Austin area. From the time I switched to them, I have been seeing ants almost two to three times a year that I treat on my own, because once when I called them, someone came and just did the front yard and never did the rest, instead started selling me the ant package. They come, they do the service (max 7 mins), but the ants/ spiders keep showing up from time to time. If you’re looking for pest control company, stay away from them.

Technician was very professional and paid attention to all aspects of my request for assistance in spraying the house.

Great sales, some good techs, but don’t sign a contract unless you want in for life. Their office kept shifting the terms until I came up with documentation that proved their dishonesty. Worse than getting out of a gym membership.

I do not recommend using this company at all, we have had bugs the whole time (we have been using the company over a year) and have to call between every service for reapplication. The company employs shady business practices and do not communicate well if at all. I often do not receive any information on what services were even performed at our home. Our most recent Tech left a wasp nest covered in wasps on the ground a foot from my back door, we did not realize until they were swarming our dog. We received an email about a small price increase, but upon viewing out statement the increased was more than triple what was originally stated. This invoice was for a service performed a week ago, but did not invoice until today, when conveniently the entire company is shut down for “staff development” without any information on return or response time. I have been very frustrated with almost every single person I have spoken to every single time I have called in and this is a final straw before possibly seeking legal counsel.

Anthony was super helpful today with our annual termite inspection. He walked me through what he was looking for, potential problem areas, and addressed any other questions or issues we had been having.

Their representative left their card even though I specifically asked for no solicitation and it is posted in many places on my property. If they can't follow that basic rule I can't possible trust them to do anything more complicated than reading. Came back the next day and rang the bell. I had to argue with him to see if he could read and understand what "no solicitation means" and advised him he was trespassing.

We are so pleased with Reliant's service at our home and their customer care from the admin side. We always have reminders about upcoming services and have the flexibility to reschedule if needed. The techs are courteous and professional. They get the job done. Colton did a stellar job recently and sprayed both inside and outside.

There’s poor service and then there’s poor service. I Advise anyone who’s interested in getting pest control service to stay far far away from Reliant. Abysmal customer service and all they do is try to take advantage of you. There are a ton of other companies that offer pest control- do what you can to avoid this one!
