The technician who performed the service was not completely aware of what he was supposed to completing when he arrived. He did not have the necessary supplies to treat my home for the lizards. He assured me that he would acquire the necessary supplies from his supervisor or another technician who was nearby and return either that afternoon or the following day. As of today I have not received any response or follow up about the completion of the requested service he promised. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. That experience is in no way indicative of the quality services I have been afforded prior to this experience. Please contact me and advise me on a timely meaningful resolution. Thank you.

Charging me for services that were never rendered is diabolical. Only came out 1 time, but charged me every chance they got. Trash company 🚮. Won’t even mention the guy that came to my door lied about the frequency of payments that I was supposedly signing up for… like I said 🗑️

I didn't think the service can get any better then it has been. Because the service has always been great. But the young man that came out to our house today he was a superstar.
