Very prompt, polite and efficient service.
ProForce in general and Christina, our technician, specifically have been some of the friendliest and responsive business experiences I've had. This all started with John who was very knowledgeable and talked me into giving them a chance as they were expanding into Aiken. I've gotten quick responses to calls or texts. Christina listens and works hard. She has been a great communicator, and always let's me know anything she observes.
Wonderful job processing my home for bugs and spiders. Explained what he used inside and how it worked..

Ethan with ProForce did an excellent job during my service visit. He treated my home for wasps and hornets and was very thorough. He even went the extra step and sprayed my drainage vents to make sure everything was covered. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Great service!

Soter did an amazing job with the service call today and communicating when he would arrive and what he was doing during the visit. I have had a mixed experience with this company. The way their customer service department is set up makes communication difficult but Soter did a great today.

Service did not at all work. Tried to cancel in October, got charged for another 3 months. Called back and then wants to charge a $250 terminaton fee. Do not deal with these crooks.

If I could give a zero I would! They are a complete scam! They have been charging me for services after my contract ended in May of 2025, it is now December and I am just finding out my contract been ended! Trying to get my money back and they don’t want to give me money back.

As outlined in your original agreement (paragraph 6 of the terms and conditions), after the initial 12-month period, the service automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless a cancellation request is made. This allows our clients to maintain continuous pest protection without interruption.<br><br>We continued providing quarterly services to your property, including a service visit as recently as October 13, 2025. Since services were actively being rendered and no cancellation request was received, the monthly billing reflected the ongoing protection your property received.<br><br>We've now canceled your account per your request, and our team has provided you with a copy of your agreement for your records. While we understand this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, the charges reflect services that were provided to your property during that time.<br><br>If you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to our VIP care team at 800-652-7618. This company is a rip off don’t use them. I got half services and tech never showed. The sales person lied. I was told I would get an early termination fee because of poor communication in the company. Here we are five months later they trying to charge me for something they promised to refund. Poor communication and they are liars. You will call and get different responses. I will not recommend them they are liars. Transaction were declined cause my bank had to block the them from charging my card after telling them several times I did not want to continue service. I was told by two people the termination fee was waived.

Thought we would try these guys to save a few bucks but wow were we disappointed!!! They did nothing that they said they would do, there treatments did not work as a matter of fact things got worse, we have never had spiders like this with our previous company. Then tried to cancel after our sales guy told us we could at anytime, we were charged 199.00 per property not to mention the monthly charges. This is a scam!!!!

The technician that came to my house complained about his travel time to work and that was why he was an hour late for the appointment. He DID NOT treat my yard for ants as in my contract. He walked around with the spreader and took pictures with his phone as if he was treating the yard...and then went in my garden area and dumped the granulars beside my air conditioner unit. I contacted ProForce and asked for a manager that could cone and review my cameras to prove that my yard was not treated and I have not received any calls back. Very disappointed in ProForce and would not recommend ProForce to anyone. Perhaps posting a review will get a response and get the services that I have to continue to pay for each month.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Management did attempt to reach out but was unable to connect. We take matters like this very seriously, and appropriate action will be taken with the technician who allegedly did not fully complete the service. The Branch Manager has since made contact, had a conversation, and scheduled service for 9/9/25. In addition, a credit for the monthly bill will be applied as a gesture of good faith in the hopes of earning back trust.
It's a total scam. I explained my case very well, that we are generally not at home, so the service was not convenient for me. They explained to me that there was no problem, that the service was performed every other month and that they needed me to be there to authorize the service. Therefore, if there was no one at home, the service would not be performed and no payment would be processed since it was performed after one service and not before. Quite the opposite! The second charge was made before the month to which I asked the reason for the charge, if the service had not been performed, they said they had come to the house and that no one was there, that's why the service was not performed, but that the charge was always made. I explained what they told me before and well, there is no solution! I received a letter with the amount owed. I have never signed absolutely anything, so this is a scam and I do not recommend it at all.

The salesperson told me that termite and pest control would cost $89 quarterly, and he even had me sign the credit card receipt. But the contract the company sent me later said something completely different — and falsely stated that I had signed it. On top of that, I was already charged $96 per month without my knowledge. I spent over a week trying to get in touch with them. They lied again, saying they had spoken with me and that I had said “yes,” but I never had any such conversation with them. Everything was a lie — and they even entered my property without permission when the door was open. They said I could cancel at any time, but when I tried, the owner demanded nearly $200 as a cancellation fee. I’m currently speaking with a lawyer. I’m writing this to warn others — because there are dishonest salespeople out there, and you could be the next victim. I reported his name to the company, but they never apologized. Instead, they shifted the blame onto me and took nearly $200 in cancellation fees. I believe the company should feel ashamed for making money this way, pushing their employee’s wrongdoing onto customers. They need to reflect on their actions, and make sure this never happens again. I saw in the reviews that there are others who had the same experience as I did. I wonder if the company is even aware of this. I'm currently talking to a lawyer about this whole situation and the fact that others have gone through the same experience as I have.

Shawn was so nice and thorough with the job. He made sure he explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. Update.... John the sales person who signed me up lied to get my service. He told me one thing and it was something different. He also gave me his number to call if I had questions but he doesn't answers. So I called to cancel my services once I saw that I was being charged. I spoke with a guy name Jensen who swore he canceled the contract I never signed or agree to and refund my money from the unauthorized charge. He sent me emails for everything just to find out 3 three weeks later that nothing was canceled or refunded. The email stated to wait 7-14 business days for refund. I gave them extra time while being patient. He also promose someone from higher ups will give me a call, that was another lie. Please be careful if you sign up with this company, this company does not practice integrity.

Had a visit from a solicitor from this company today. Young guy didn’t ring doorbell, knocks on window instead. When I opened the door to address him about my no solicitation sign he chuckled. I closed the door. He proceeded to then be a smartass as he walked off (caught on camera). He also rode his little scooter through my yard to get to the neighbors house. No one wants solicitors knocking on their doors.
This company is the reason I don't answer the door for sales people. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this was necessary. A rep from this company came to our door and gave us a great sales pitch. He told us we’d be charged $80 quarterly with free visits in between if needed—exactly what we had with our previous pest control company. I even made it clear to him that $80 every three months was what we were used to, and he assured us they offered the same setup. We were charged $50 for the first visit, which I expected. But then the very next month, we were hit with an $89 charge. When I called the company to ask about it, I was told something completely different than what the salesperson promised. Apparently, they charge $40 + $45 every month and that covers quarterly treatment and any in-between visits. This is not what we agreed to, and I feel misled. The pricing and billing structure should have been made crystal clear upfront. I wouldn’t have signed up if I knew it was a monthly charge disguised as a quarterly plan. Be careful and ask for everything in writing—lesson learned.
